Intinial order had a few hiccups, but all medications came. Refills for the 1st time refills has been on back order since July 9, 2024. This is for 5 FIVE prescriptions. I have called every week with the same response given. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and have been transferred to the escalation team. No one has called me back out of the 3 messages I have left. I have serious health issues and now I am out of my medications. I have paid for these medications and dirx tells me to go to my local pharmacy and get them filled. I am not able to work and waiting to see if I get disability so I don't have money to pay for prescriptions twice. I have 5 more orders for other refills, I can only hope the best. This service is a rip off.

Medications are out of stock for months. How can they do this? When I ask when the meds will be in stock they say they don't know & they are on back order. I cancelled my autorefill (they only had 1 out of 6 meds) and went elsewhere with similar prices.

I transferred seven scripts from CVS two and a half months ago, to minimize our “donut hole” obligation. After many customer-support calls over two months, we were told that all scripts were pending - because all scripts were combined into one and some of the drugs were not available yet. At this point we asked if the scripts could be separated into individual scripts and were told that they could be, which allowed two of the drugs to be released and shipped. Since then, the other five are still not available, thus five drugs have not been available for almost three months. The irony is that I paid $180 for the annual savings plan, which they said is not refundable even though they cannot provide the drugs. Since I’m running out of some drugs, I asked what I should do. They said I should just get the drugs from another pharmacy, until they could fulfill their obligation with no indication as to when that may be.

The first few orders were flawless. Then I regularly started getting them late. Now t hey are low on stock for my meds, so won't fill until they get them, and do not have a date of replenishment.
This is the 3rd order with out of stock meds, and no date known. Worst of all, they DO NOT INFORM YOU. They force you to contact them to find out this information. NEVER AGAIN

This has turned into a scam company.
Paid for subscriptions and they are not shipped just shows order is pending for weeks and weeks. No answer to emails call and they either put you on hold forever or just hang up on you.

This seemed too good to be true. I got the annual savings plan, costing $119 a year for all of my meds. In May I was automatically renewed at $180. Since then, most of my meds have been pending. They provide no explanation why it's pending so I called. They explained they are on backorder and I should buy them from the local pharmacy. Now wait! I just paid $180. for them to basically say tough luck, you're going to have to pay the other pharmacy for meds I've already paid for through DiRx.
I emailed them and told them I want a refund for the annual savings plan and their response was sorry we are out of stock, please fill your rx elsewhere. They knew they were having issues keeping meds in stock yet they made sure to take my money in May 2024. Last year they may have gotten 5 stars but this year I will be warning anyone that really needs their medicine, go somewhere else. Cheap for generic is great until you can't get it.

I gave them five stars a year ago but services have deteriorated to a point where I do not receive my prescriptions. They recently discontinued the Annual Savings Plan and have been back ordering most of my maintenance medications. I understand they are having problems with suppliers which may be beyond their control. I am looking for alternatives to replace Dirx.

Very disappointed in this company. Their processing and shipment times are very long, but even more frustrating is that they can’t always refill the medication because it’s not in inventory and they cannot get it. This is disappointing after paying an annual fee. Also, they have no process in place to be able to share a customer’s concerns and feedback with someone in management.

Twice in a row my 90 day refills are "Pending". When I call, the very helpful call center employee explains that the medications are on backorder. I have been advised to obtain these at a local pharmacy if needed immediately. I have already paid for these through the annual membership and am unhappy that I will have to pay again in order to get my medications in a timely manner. Once I could understand. Twice is too much. Looking for other options at this point.

Worst customer service ever!! There are no managers or supervisors that can help so dont ask! You will be sent to a voicemail and no one will call you back. My TUMOR medication was sent incorrectly by DiRx and its been a week so far where a replacement WILL BE sent out. No one can help on a mistake THEY made! I will NEVER use them again!

As others have mentioned, I had three pending orders, and only after numerous phone calls was I informed that they were out of stock for all three medications. They should not be permitted to automatically renew prescriptions they cannot fulfill. This could be extremely dangerous for people. I have switched all my medications away from them as they cannot be trusted. I would suggest they close their business before their negligence results in serious harm.

As with many others, this company is always late delivering drugs using the excuse of backordered. That is not a valid excuse since they can easily project need and order ahead. Most likely, they are cash starved and their drug suppliers are not delivering to them. I now have a prepaid order pending for over three weeks with no indication of when or if it ever will be shipped. There are other options with low prices for generics. Use them and not DIRX.

Doctor sent prescription to DiRX July 3, 2024. No sign of pills. Called DiRX today, told they do not have the medication in stock and do not know when they will get it. DiRX is putting my health at risk. I'll be buying my meds elsewhere. I do not believe the 5 star reviews

GoodRX showed availability of my medication to be shipped within 3-5 days so I ordered online. After 10 days the order still showed pending online. I contacted them and they said they did not have the medication in stock and I should order from "my pharmacy" while they work to get the medication in stock. Seems I should have been notified of this and lost over 2 weeks in refilling my prescription. I checked GoodRX again to order elsewhere and they still show the medication available for order and shipped within 3-5 days.

Thirty two days since I placed and paid for my medicine. Thirty two days.
No one knows when it will be restocked. Cheap prices but not worth this unreliability.

Never have the meds you need; should be auto refill, but dont have the meds on the shelf; always waiting on meds. Dont like this part of the service. May need to change.

I'm on my 5th 90-day auto-refill of Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol reduction. This is the forth time in a row that something went wrong and they could not refill it. Each time I am not contacted. It's only when I notice I'm about to run out and see the status as PENDING that I call them.

Three times the problem was, both medications were backordered. They will not give an estimated date when it will be in never mind how many more additional days delay I'll have due to my position in line then the 7-day shipping delay.

Once my prescription was expired and they did not contact my physician for a new Rx. Again, no contact with me until I called when I noticed it was PENDING status for 10 days. Can't your computer system automatically search patient prescriptions that are going to expire in 30-day and send an Email notification?

Sure, this place has cheap prices but the stress of having to go through calling my doctor to get an emergency 30-day supply while I wait for DiRx to get inventory has finally pushed me away.

DiRx is a terrible company. They take your order and when it is time to refill they don't have product to fill your order. They shouldn't be in the Rx business the way they operate., They don't have very common medicines in stock, only communicate by email, and wait until the last minute to let you know you medicine is not coming. Big hassle recovering!

no complaint about drugs but I've now waited over 3 weeks for my auto refill. I've received several reasons why most predominately that their order "didn't come in". I'm out, you've cost me extra money and still have no clue when or if my rx will arrive. I suggest you correct your ordering process or not offer delivery of certain drugs. I'm totally furious, lack of planning on your part should NOT be an emergency on my part but obviously it has become so.

I think it's some kind of scam. Their phone number is not working today which is strange. I placed an order two weeks ago and received the confirmation email. I spoke with someone a week ago. They promised a followup email with more info. That never happened. Now I see the reviews and they are all from July 2022. See ya!
