AWFUL. I have used this service for at least a year. The last few months have been AWFUL. Major delays in getting prescriptions on time, slow response to inquiries, canned answers by telephone, orders processing for weeks, 2 day shipping fees but still takes a week to arrive. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. AWFUL

Placed a prescription order with DiRx on 7/31/2024. It is now 8/15/2024 and still no medicine. Poor communication as well.

1st was a disaster but figured it out. 2nd order was coming due, noticed I was low on my antipsychotic medication and dilengly watching my email for notice from DIRX. I had 5 days left and I called the help center. They stated the order was on back order and should be processed in the next couple days and the 7 to 10 days for shipping. Not cool,..I explained my situation and was repeadly told to calm down asked to speak to Manager and was sent to a bs voicemail to leave a message. I called back every day and left a message with the "manager". I never recieved a call back or help. Finally the medication came in and I already had my pharmacist send prescriptions to another pharmecy. I told them to cancel the order, "No sir it's in processing" and can't be canceled. I Saud has it shipped, have you billed yet. I can't tell and no you can't cancel. I deleted everything in my account, emailed them to cancel. They did this for me, but the order 4 days later was finished processing and billed my account. The items are supposed to be at my door 9 days for shipping. Wow, if I waited I would be 14 days without medication. This is the worst company, between not caring if a person has there meds, not notifying people in advance about stocking issues, not having a management team to help, not canceling a order. (Most companies you can cancel as long as it has not shipped). This company is very shady and they hold some very important information that they hold. Scary scary...do not use,..let this company go belly up. Stay away

Initial fill was difficult, took 15 days. I understood there might prescription transfer delay for the first order. Thought it might be better with the refills. Nope. 10 days past the refill date my order is still pending, and there is ZERO communication about what is going on. Customer service was useless, does nothing to help. I don't see how the situation is going to be improved. Have to cancel and stay away.

My order has been processing for over 2 weeks now. I call them and am told it is “filled”, but still isn’t shipped and will not be coming before the medications run out. I am always about to run out of my medications when I receive it. Usually they have done a quick ship, but customer service was poor when I called and emailed this time. I was told I need to get 2 weeks of an additional prescription from my doctor to cover the time it will take them to ship it out. So now they need a month to process and ship it. Seems like the company is going under based on recent reviews and no one is getting their meds.

Because they cannot fill any scripts for the last three months (claiming supply chain issues, but yet every local pharmacy has no problem getting these common medications) I decided to cancel and ask for a refund... They only provided meds for LESS than three months, so I figure I should get 75% refund. But.. they do not let you speak to anyone, and they determine by some fuzzy math what kind of refund you should get.. which turns out to be a fraction of what I paid. This is the biggest scam!!!

I've used diRx for 2 years now. Starting out, I was a fan, reasonable and dependable. In the last 6- 9 months, meds weren't being delivered on time. I had meds due to be sent mid June and as of August 2, never got them. When I called, they said they were back ordered and they had no idea when they would come in. I'm talking meds like Prilosec, lipitor, etc nothing unusual. They said they sent me an email, but I never got it. When I called to inquire in August, he said that 2 of my meds miraculously came in and he would ship them immediately. That was after I talked about wanting to terminate their service. I said ok, ship them, but I was now finding a different service because the other 3 meds had not come in. Later that day I got an email that the 2 meds that miraculously came in that morning, had not, so I would not be receiving them. That was after I had asked my doc to refill the others they didn't have necessitating another call to my doc to refill the 2 they said they had. No one has time for this crap, I would expect update emails after claiming meds were on back order, but they never told me they still didn't have them. Basic customer services is severely lacking and made me lose confidence. Now I use Amazon pharmacy. It's awesome.

A few years of good service then boom, my prescription was cancelled within a few days of the next shipment, leaving me in the lurch. So called "supply issues". Luckily my doctor is also a close friend from school and I got help quickly. He suggested to try Amazon Pharmacy and switched my script. I had my meds the next day with no shipping and they offer a 6-month supply along with 30 and 90-day! I notice DiRx does not respond do poor reviews here, only the good ones.

Prescriptions are incredibly hard to fill. I take a fairly common med that does not have any supply issues. Prescriptions take weeks to fill and you never know when it is or isn’t being worked on. If you call they don’t give you an update instead they just say it can take 2-4 weeks for a pharmacist to even begin work but will never give you an exact time line. I have to switch because I don’t have the time to deal with them on a regular basis.

I was very disappointed in Dirx Online Pharmacy. Dirx failed to fulfill 3 of my 4 prescriptions after 2-3 months of processing. I had order my medications a month before I ran out... I ran out of medication waiting on them to fulfill my order. I do not recommend them... I gave them one star because I can not give negative stars. I made my order June 3rd 2024 and Dirx Pharmacy canceled my order on August 3rd, 2024 after I started complained.

Submitted my first order to transfer a prescription from a local pharmacy. After a week of the order being "pending" I called customer service, who told me that it would take several weeks to transfer a prescription and would be much faster for my doctor to send in a new prescription. So I paid my doctor to submit a new prescription that same day. Here I am, something like 2 weeks later with my prescription still showing "pending" despite calling again and confirming that they received the new prescription. It's now been a month since I placed the order and there's been zero communication from them. I have no idea if or when this prescription will actually get shipped, but for certain this is the last time I'm using this company.

In the beginning their service was good. Recently there service has deteriorated markedly. They have been cancelling orders placed during the contract. I wish there was some way to take action against them for failing to fulfill there obligations during the contract.

My automatic refill I was charged for on July 3 still has not been delivered. I've contacted DiRx by email and by phone and all I've been told is "it's out of stock." How is this possible? If not for leftovers from a previous prescription at a higher dose that I can split, I'd be in dire straits. I'm now trying to find another pharmacy that won't charge me an arm and a leg.

Zero not an option. No longer able to fill my scripts. They say they are back ordered while these typical drugs are available locally (as I am having to buy them) because they aren’t filling my orders. In my opinion I’d stay away unless you want to backup the “agreement “ using GoodRX locally. Just an opinion.

I thought the Annual Membership was a good value when I signed up in 12/23 but filling my Rx's for the first few months was always difficult and required several calls to both DiRx and my doctor. The anxiety created by this process was stressful because these are maintenance medicines that I need to take on a daily basis. My last two refills were "on order" for more than a month due to "supply issues" then were "cancelled" by DiRx (done by e-mail this morning with a lawyerly written general "apology") . The reason why I give two stars instead of one star is the medicine when it comes is nicely packaged and of good quality. If DiRx takes a more active role and fills my Rx's or provides a refund for half of my annual Membership, I will revise my review.

Have been waiting 7 weeks for my prescription and today I get an email that they are cancelling the order .Then they encouraged me to come back and place my next order. Why would I ever go back to them? What a bunch of clowns !!!

Called my doctor's office and had my prescription changed to Honey Bee . A couple of dollars more because of shipping fees but maybe now I'll actually get my medicine.

Well, it was good while it lasted. Great value and service for a year. Now I guess the economics has caught up with them. Every shipment is delayed (one of my generics has been on order since June 18) and takes several phone calls. Doubt I will get much more use from my annual membership that was renewed by them in May.

Good experience for months ( other than one big delay when they claimed to be backordered).... web site says they filled my renewals on 7/1 . They never did and now claim to be backorder AGAIN. For a month?????

For 10 months I liked dealing with DiRx. Lately they claim to be out of stock on 8 of my 10 meds.

In addition, I received a message saying they would no longer offer the Annual Savings Plan. I logged out and could see new customers can sign up for the Annual Savings Plan.

08/14/2024 Update. I no longer see the Annual Savings Plan available at all. I still have meds on backorder.

08/23/2024 Update. Still unable to get the meds I need. Today's message from DiRx, "We regret to inform you that, despite our active efforts at sourcing product inventory from our contracted manufacturers, we have encountered temporary delays in obtaining supply of the item(s) on your recent order."

9/8/2024 Update: Another med is now unavailable. "We regret to inform you that, despite our active efforts at sourcing product inventory from our contracted manufacturers, we have encountered temporary delays in obtaining supply of the item(s) on your recent "

"we are canceling your order and we recommend that you request your prescriber for a temporary prescription to enable you to purchase your medications from a local pharmacy."

RUN!! Don't give them business! Dirx.com was great in 2023. HOWEVER, in 2024 DIRX is almost always OUT-OF-STOCK of our prescriptions. These are common drugs too! Our DIRX accounts show the medicines pending, but they don't notify you they are out-of-stock. Therefore, twice now we have run out of our prescription medicines. When we do get them it is weeks past the refill date. The only way you find out is to call them yourself to find out if they are in stock or not. What kind of business does this? Probably one that is going bankrupt is my guess.
