Just like all the other reviewers, this is my last time to use Dirx for the same reasons. Delayed medications, no communication informing of delays, scrambling to have prescriptions transferred to other pharmacies and they don't even answer phone calls.

Have been calling and emailing all week holding for upto an hour before being disconnected and email is not any better as you get no response. PATHETIC!

I was a customer for a year and a half. That ended today. I’ve had so many prescriptions delayed or canceled because of “sourcing issues,” and these are common generics!! I’ve had several orders delayed without any notification, leaving me in a bind. It got to the point where I would preemptively call every month to make sure they had the medication in stock. They would assure me that my order was in process, and then a week later it still hadn’t shipped, so I would have to call again and again, and get the same story. I’m estimating I had trouble with 40% of my orders over 18 months.The pricing was great, but having to contact my doctor several times over the past 18 months to redirect prescriptions to other pharmacies at the last minute has been a real pain. I’m done.

One has to be constantly calling custom service to get your order shipped out. Then they say that they don't have the med in stock and then takes one month of constantly calling them to get the refund back to credit card. I do not recommend this company

This company is more than happy to take your money but not give your meds. The latest tactic used now is when you call is a recorded message while creepy music. Once waiting for 30 minutes you are then told call back later and disconnected. I did the annual plan more like an anal plan. I've been waiting since March 7, 2025 for my 4th refill on 5 meds. Definitely not worth going to. I'm pretty sure they're going to take your money and run! Not the only time not getting all my meds on time. Had to call and email with only excuses from their customer support.

In the beginning, all monthly orders were received accurately and on time. Recently, I started receiving messages from this provider that my medication could no longer be sourced. I was advised to ask my doctor to send a prescription to a local pharmacy, which increases the cost of drugs compared to online. Have not heard anything from them since. Total disappointment!

MY ORDER TOOK MONTHS TO BE IN STOCK . i WAS FINALLY SENT AN E-MAIL THAT IT WAS IN STOCK. DIRX ASKED ME IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED. i SAID YES . AT THIS POINT I`VE BEEN OUT OVER 2 MONTHS . THEN THEY SENT ME A MESSGE THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO PAYMENT ISSUE SO I IMEDIATLY TRIED TO CALL . WAITED ON HOLD 30 MINUTES THEN IT DISCONNECTED ME. NEXT MORNING AT 9:00 AM I CALLED AGAIN, LISTENED TO MUSIC AGAIN FOR HALF AN HOUR AND WAS DISCONECTED AGAIN .
SO AT THIS POINT I DON`T KNOW WHERE MY ORDER STANDS . OH AND I SENT E-MAILS WITH NO RESULT .

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered over $200 of medicine and no one would ever call me back or email me. Totally horrible experience I lost all of my prescriptions and refills because I could never get them to move to another pharmacy. Do not recommend to use this company.

Scam… two prescriptions never filled and eventually cancelled after two months.

I signed up for the annual savings plan, where I pay one price and they supply all my prescriptions. Currently I have 6 prescriptions to be filled and they say they are out of all my medications, that they are on order. It's been 2-3 weeks and now I'm out. I do not recommend this company.

My DiRx experience was a huge disappointment, I joined in March of 2024 and my first order came promptly...it went downhill from there.
I had numerous complications in getting my "auto-refills." In June it was "supply chain delays" but lately it has been "Out of Stock." And strangely, though these meds are important to my health, they did not let me know about the delays and in each case I had to email the care team (who respond promptly and politely) to find out why my meds had not come. I have 4 medications that are pretty common but since January 2025, three of them have been "out of stock." I finally received the 1 medication they could get and I am cancelling my account.

I signed up for the annual plan, two separate times on my everyday medicines they were out of stock, I had to contact my doctor and pick up a local supply, then have my doctor resend my prescription to DirX to fill them. At the end of the year I was not provided 4 90 day supplies only 3 and cheated.

The price is right but this is the 2nd time I have not been able to get my medication due to them out of supply - waiting on shipment. I can’t wait so no choice to go elsewhere.

This company used to be great. Now, they said they don’t have any medication in stock for two of my medications.
The first medication they sent me a message about. The second one, they just didn’t fill and it isn’t even in their system. When I tried to transfer the medication to another pharmacy, they rejected the transfer. When I called to remedy the situation, I was put on eternal hold. What IS GOING ON OVER THERE?

I wouldn't trust this company. As soon as DiRX took my payment for their Annual Savings Plan, they said they would no longer be offering the program. No refunds. Then, no surprise, all of my orders have been late (like weeks or even over a month late) or even just flat out cancelled. Still no refund. I'm currently waiting on five prescriptions for over a month that are "on backorder". I think DiRX is just a bank account and a call center.

My very common medication has been out of stock with DiRx since December. I have confirmed that this medication is not experiencing any kind of national shortage.

Several further failures compound the issue with DiRx -
1. They appear to have no idea when the medication will be in stock. It also doesn't appear that they attempt to check stock before the medication is due to fill, so you don't find out that it is out of stock until you have run out.
2. They don't appear to have any first come first serve system to fill orders if it does come in stock - they just sit on the order for a month and then cancel it.
3. They hold up other medications in the order until you ask them to ship separately.

Overall, if they don't reliably have all your medications in stock using DiRx will be a pain - forcing you to have new prescriptions sent to other pharmacies for the medication they don't have. Maybe they could partner with another pharmacy to send prescriptions that they don't have stock of to?

Stay away from this company. They advertise products on their website that are not available. They made me go through registration, uploading my payment information, and working with my doctor to upload a prescription to THEN tell me the medication I wanted is not in stock.

I spoke with customer service who confidently it should be back in stock in 1-2 weeks, and at the 2 week mark I received an email that my order could not be fulfilled and they would let me know when the product is available again.

As you can see from the other reviews it seems like their medications are constantly on backorder but they will happily make you waste your time and go through the entire order process before letting you know about that.

Poor customer service..lack of follow-up with phone calls......always out of meds....canceled first order after 30days from 121/14/24, then had to start over (1/14/25), still waiting 1/27/25... I personally would shop it!

Ordered medication on the third, spoke with multiple people saying give it twenty four hours then give it three days asked again was told to wait two weeks and it would be filled, fast forward three weeks and 15 phone calls later had to transfer the rx to a different pharmacy which was actually cheaper and didn't lie about the medication being in stock.

Your order will sit in limbo with the only excuse being "waiting on inventory shipment from manufacturer, no estimated time given". Wow very helpful. I'm going to try using BlinkRx instead.

I used DiRx for 2 years. First year they were great.
2nd year they had serious delivery problems and claimed late deliveries were because of 'sourcing' problems for meds. Several times they failed to deliver critical drugs that my wife needed and I had to pay out of pocket at much higher prices to get them from a local pharmacy. DiRx refused to reimburse me for their problem. I tried to contact their CEO- but they blew me off. I will no longer use them and I suggest others should look elsewhere for discount mail order drugs - maybe Mark Cuban Cost Plus? Not reliable; don't stand behind their product; not customer centric; poor communications; no executive oversight or concern.
