An absolute calamity of a transaction.
1.Took my money for a job I had to do with a next day delivery then the next day said not in stock for 5-7days (anyone heard of a term currently not in stock or epos)
Emailed back for refund to purchase elsewhere due to job no reply so called on the telephone.
Offered me a different colour at no extra cost as long as it was here next day for job.
Waited in all day for FedEx delivery who rekoned had tried to deliver but not in, which was a lie and have cameras to prove it so chased up FedEx all day who called their own driver a liar and to get him out same day but again never turned up again.
Called direct shop fittings back to inform them and they say its tough luck nothing to do with them we just employ them to deliver.
"still not arrived another day later as yet"

I ordered 4 heavy duty 6' garment rails and 1 heavy duty 5' garment rail. They were not cheap. They came next day, which was impressive, but when I opened the unusually small boxes today, I realised that they were all incomplete. Every single item did not have its set of 4 wheels and was missing the most important component, the rail that holds the garments! Not sure how they expected me to use these. I needed them for today, so what I received, although timely, was useless. Had they had any sort of quality control they would have noticed that the box size could not have contained a 6' metal bar as it was a short and wide box. I am guessing there is little to no quality control happening at this company. Will not be returning.

Well I made the order because you said it was in stock .you took the money then emailed me the next day to say you don't have it stock and said it will be hopefully delivered in the next three weeks when I needed the item for the next week .so pretty disappointed. And I haven't heard a thing from you since

Excellent item, good price. I owuld have given 5 starsif the box in which it had been packed was a bit smaller... I am sure it didn't need to be that big! But at least it was delivered in good shape.

I placed my first ever order and was over the moon with our products, email response was literally straight away and also spoke over the phone to them and extremely helpful. Thank you for a fantastic product and service and would highly recommend and will be back to purchase more
