Graciously Fixed my Mistake
Booked online and upon clicking on my payment I discovered I booked the wrong date! I was so giddy over their Labor Day sale that I got sloppy. The next day Kim got in touch with Royal Caribbean and they kindly moved the booking to our desired sailing. While I lost the OBC that I would otherwise have had, that was a small price to pay. I am very grateful for the extra trouble they went to.
