I was very impressed with how friendly, and helpful EVERYONE was. They clearly had empathy toward my situation and did everything they could to help me. I would definitely recommend DLC and will make use of their services in the future.

I tried to book over the phone as I had questions, but I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I booked online but I don't feel that I got all the perks of the promotion by booking online. This is my first time booking with Direct Line Cruises

I have booked cruises with DLC many times over the years. Yesterday I booked a new one and had another great experience. Leslie was efficient and even tried to find a way to get the cruise cheaper. after everything was arranged, I realized that I had money coming from the cruise line. I contacted Leslie and she was able to have that money applied to my reservation. Leslie was terrific!
My only complaint about DLC is that when you try to contact an agent, if they are not available, you are put on hold for a long time. Yesterday I tried twice to call my agent and both times I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and both times it ended with me hearing a busy signal. I finally decided to email the agent directly. My brother has also experienced this difficulty. This should definitely be improved.

I needed to call to book a cruise as I had a specific need and couldn’t do it online. Although there was a longish weight for an agent, when he answered, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I got a good price and onboard credit bonuses.

I recently made an error while placing a cruise order online, selecting the wrong travel dates. When I realized what happened, I immediately reached out to customer service to correct it.

The support team was incredibly helpful, understanding, and efficient. They guided me through rebooking for my intended dates without any hassle or stress. Mistakes happen, but the way Direct Line Cruises handled it was top-notch. I’m very grateful for their excellent service and would definitely book with them again!

I booked the cruises at a specified rate. Then when I got the confirmations 2 of the 3 showed an Agency fee of $200 each. I have never been charged this before and was not advised that it would be added on this time. No other agency I have worked with charges such a large fee. It is either no charge or at most $24.95. The charge of $200 without warning is outrageous. it will turn me off from DLC for all future cruises. And I normally cruise about 7 weeks per year.
