It was good but the time of proses was too long and many days I was not happy with that it should one day when you book you have to done . I was get distracted at work or drive or something doing then phone calls come it wasn’t pleasant but the information was clear and respectful

I found Henry to be a well spoken and highly trained representative. He calmly guided me through every aspect of the application process and was always very considerate, paced and professional in his approach. Staff also customer service she was well spoken easy to listen too also understanding ,I search around for life insurance I wasnt happy with them at all .Very happy I taken the phone call this morning.

Nick was great to deal with; very friendly, personable, and professional.
He was clear in all aspects of the product, how it works, requirements, etc. Clarification was provided when needed and it was an overall smooth process. This was mirrored in the subsequent appointment arranged with my husband, for his cover.
Being an Australian company was also a significant factor for us when initially choosing Direct Cover.

**It all comes down to the claim process though**
If Direct the Cover policies and claims process are as straightforward as they state, and benefits are paid immediately (without any BS), it is very reassuring to know that my family would not face any additional stress or difficulties when making a claim.
