I love it!!! Very nice! My teeth are sensitive and it does not bother me at all!

Customer service is terrible. Does not clearly state that the subscription cannot be canceled until the next month.

I placed an order with them for the gel refills in January 2022...never received. I've written them many, many times. No response at all. Then, I get a shipment alert on one of those shopping trackers...that was a month ago...and, still nothing. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

The product works but the device sometimes powers on and very often doesn’t. It’s defective. I wrote Dintle about it when it was new, and again quite a while later and got no response either time. Because of no customer support for problems I wouldn’t buy again.

This was from the same email address as the one I got from when I ordered their whitening gel so I figured it wasn't spam. I ordered the toothbrush and it was actually fantastic, but I followed the instructions in order to get the gift card and.....crickets. I emailed them twice and asked about it. No response. I STILL loved the toothbrush so I just wrote it off. Well, my charging base was destroyed recently so I figured I would order a new one. I saw that Dintle.com had a better price than Amazon and 2 day shipping. Guess what? It's been 8 days and I haven't received any shipping notice and TWO emails have gone unanswered. Shady company with a great product. BTW, I don't believe there is any such person as Hannah Sedoo DDS. Fake!

I have cancelled 6 times. Still getting charged and receiving NO PRODUCT!!!!!!I WANT A GOD DAM REFUND ASAP AND I AM REPORTING TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY THAT YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I got inspired to buy an electric toothbrush from Dintle by someone else. The website offered it for $49.95 plus free 2-day shipping. Unfortunately, I had to email the company because I thought it would never arrive. Nobody replied after several attempts. I even called the phone number listed on the website, but it was invalid.

While I called my bank and reported the transaction as a fraud, the toothbrush unexpectedly arrived a month later. Ironically, I actually like it - it cleans well, comes with a travel case, and is lightweight. However, Dintle doesn't sell any replacement heads yet, so this toothbrush will probably last only 6 months.

Still, I wish I saw the other negative reviews before spending any money. Please research any unfamiliar companies like Dintle before deciding!

I ordered on May 16th (2 weeks ago) and am still waiting on delivery!

I tried this the first time with some hesitation. Never trust your inner thoughts. Although the only matter at hand was not being able to obtain another order as quickly as I'd expected, overall I'm completely satisfied.

Having an issue with an order I placed, literally no customer service response to email or voicemail. Been almost two week of reaching out. So not cool.

I love the products, however, I placed an subscription order for the whitening gel pens last year and I still haven't received it. I placed another order just in case there was an error on my part, only to have it cancelled on their end. I have tried to contact them, but no one has replied back. It is now February and the only thing I received from them was this survey asking me to rate their customer service.

I CD ant give this one star because the product was actually really good. Best product I have used. However after the second order (re-order), nothing has shown up. I’ve emailed twice and nothing. I don’t want to give up because the product actually worked really well. So disappointed

If I could leave one star I would. Took my money product never arrived. And you cannot reach this company.

Order never arrived. I tried to contact them through hello@, support@, facebook messenger and instagram. NO RESPONSE. I also called, and it rang and rang.. until finally, "The google subscriber could not be reached..." So, I guess they are our of business but still stealing peopler's money.

Product never shipped. No response to three emails and a phone call. Had to report as disputed item to credit card company.
