Hard sale pressure.
I cancelled all services they recommended and had a cleaning that was included in my insurance program. The cleaning lasted less than 10 min and the dentist was aggressive. I’ve never had a cleaning hurt. I asked for the down payment back that I gave them for the services I cancelled. They said 7 to 10 days to process. I looked at my credit card bill this morning and they charged further charges for services I had cancelled. I have not received a call back yet. I did not authorize the additional charges to my card. I will be looking for a different dentist practice. I don’t like the virtual discussion on screen. No personal interaction. Just hard sales!
