Efficient Service with Reasonable Price
I was impressed by Diyan's prompt response right from the start. When I had some queries, he always responded within the same day! Both Tish & Divn were very professional and they arrived on time and managed all the moving carefully. More importantly, their costs were very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Reasonable, safe & quick
The company was very responsive right from the start. They replied to questions and emails and called the day before to recheck and reconfirm everything. They were also flexible and allowed us to buy/use our own packing material. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly on time. There was a team of 4 people. They were quick but safe and careful. They labelled the boxes properly and were generally organized. The van was clean and they loaded and unloaded the boxes (about 40 of them) along with the bed, couch, tables and desks easily and effectively. The whole process was completed from 930a to 530p. They required minimal supervision and direction and knew what they were doing. Also their pricing was very reasonable - cheaper than almost all the other vendors we researched providing a similar service.

Super amazing movers
Super amazing movers, very professional, efficient, polite and hardworking. They moved us from a 4 bed house to another 4 bed house without difficulty. I’d totally recommend them.

Excellent service
This is the second time I'm using Dinev's and they didn't disappoint. I was moving from a 1 bed flat ground floor in Brighton to 1 bedroom second floor flat in London. The moving team were excellent. They arrived on time and were fast and efficient with packing and unpacking. Highly recommend anyone moving out of or into the east london area to use Dinev's team.

Not only the best price the absolute best service. Misho is amazing at organising and communicating. Dinev's send someone round in person to quote, rather than video. So much easier and quicker. Misho is great at keeping you informed. The removals guys were punctual, professional, super effective and helpful. 100% trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Did the job well
Tihomir and Ivan helped my pack-n-move. They arrived on time. Packed my belongings professionally and swiftly.
There were challenges in parking and the team was patient and helpful in navigating the challenges.

Excellent Removals Service - Highly Recommended
Working with Dinev's Q&E Removals was a very seamless process and communication was great throughout. Mr Dinev offered a very personal service, with quick communication via email and text message, and was able to help us out (at no additional cost) when we were forced to push our move date back by four days. The removals team themselves were punctual and really helpful at both collection and delivery points - going the extra mile despite facing challenges with limited/tight access down to our new basement flat. We would highly recommend this service - very reliable and well priced.

Overall a good experience!
In general, the experience was positive! I want to express my gratitude for the timely and efficient assistance provided by Tihomir and Alex. They arrived promptly, efficiently handled the loading process within a few hours, and the delivery was on schedule.
Diyan has consistently been responsive and accessible for any requirements, always available over the phone. His quotes were also fair in line with the market standards.
Aside from a minor issue – a slight damage I observed a couple of weeks later while unpacking – the overall experience was satisfactory.

Great rates, great service!
This was our second time using Dinev's Removals and I can't recommend them enough. They are excellent at communication throughout the entire process, handle everything with care, and are incredibly courteous and polite. And, to top it off, on both occasions they came in at the best price when compared to other companies. It's rare to find a company that ticks all the boxes but they definitely do! And, let me tell you, these guys work hard! Thank you to the team at Dinev's for doing such a great job!
