Even though there was a mixup with the team, Panda movers team did amazing job in moving every item in a safe way

I was moving from a 2 bed flat in 2nd floor without lift to a house. I packed most of the stuff myself, even the TV and work monitors, printers, sound system. The only items to dismantle and pack were the 2 beds, 2 computer tables and one dining table. I had a number of issues.
1) The lead guy was an angry man. The door to the new house opens outside and had auto close and the moving day was windy and raining, the door was closing behind him and he was angry and he was pushing the door hard that I was worried that he is going to break it.
2) A large computer table was not dismantled and he said that it wasn’t going to fit the stairwell and left it in the ground floor. I had to dismantle that and carry it to second floor on my own.
3) most importantly the mattress bag for the super king size mattress that he had was damaged, so my mattress was soiled and torn on one corner because he was pulling the mattress on the wet floor outside.
4) when leaving they left cling wrap lying around in the front porche and I had to collect and dispose them after they left. It was one large bin bag full.
5) they damaged(deep scratches) the stairwell ceiling while they attempted to take the super king size bed upstairs.

The staff over the phone was courteous, but the movers were not.
Their claims procedure is impossible. With all the hassle of moving, they are asking me to find a trades person to assess and quote within 7 days to fix the damage for making a claim. You will never be successful in making a claim if they have these Ts&Cs

Well, you left me no choice but to write a negative review after being completely ignored despite countless emails, phone calls, WhatsApps, and messages via Instagram and Facebook.

My neighbour recommended M25 Movers. Before the move, they seemed great and were very communicative. The two move days themselves went fine. However, on the second day when we arrived at our new home, we discovered multiple issues:

• Three mattresses were only covered with my white sheets — they did not use proper protective wrapping — and all three were damaged.
• A West Elm lamp was broken.
• They assembled our storage bed incorrectly, bending the hydraulic components, which meant we had to hire a handyman to fix their mistake.
• We paid extra for certain high-value items (thankfully those survived).
• They also refused to take all the rubbish from the move, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

I had high hopes based on the initial communication, but once problems arose, the company completely disappeared. Being ghosted after a move when you’ve paid a significant amount of money is unacceptable.

If everything goes perfectly, you might be fine — but if you have any issues afterward, don’t expect a response.

BEWARE and consider choosing another provider.

Appeared very nice and friendly at first then completely changed on moving day. My stuff was damaged and management team were very rude and unhelpful. Goods not wrapped and not handled with care.

This company doubled the price just 2 days before my move after already confirming a quote. When I refused the sudden increase, they refused to refund my deposit.

Completely unprofessional and stressful. I would not trust this company with your move.

Extreme cons, quoted a price, then increased the price on the day, when i refused to pay they took my belongings snd furniture as ransom. Always follow the trucks. Sly as hell. Didn't get a whiff what they were upto. Made me sign the contract again in order to get my things delivered. Avoid at all costs

On the day charged more money making nonsense up and then refused to do the job!!
They picked up my furniture’s and disappeared. Called up the company and the van turned up an hour later stating they were on lunch and then they dropped the furnitures in front of the door and refused to complete the job. I paid for them to take the furnitures from and to the new house and putting them in the rooms mantling everything which they refused to do. They just left and company manager put the phone down and refused to answer.
Stay away from this company they are a scam!!!! Bloody thieves!!!!!

I’ve used M25 Movers for my last four house moves this was my fifth and always recommended them to others, but this experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I tried to pay in advance, but they failed to contact me for several days due to their “systems being down.” When the move finally happened, they arrived a lot earlier than agreed and only sent a two-man team, despite my booking and paying for four. Unsurprisingly, the move took far longer than expected and then they attempted to charge me extra for the additional time they themselves caused.

Their customer service was appalling. When I escalated my complaint, the Logistics & Operations dept was extremely argumentative and dismissive. Eventually, she admitted in writing that they had failed to deliver the standard I should expect from M25, acknowledging that the issues were due to poor planning and management within their logistics team entirely within their control.

As a gesture of “compensation,” she offered me £50 on a £1,437 move, which frankly felt insulting and not worth responding to. They turned what was already a stressful day into something unnecessarily more stressful, and the experience has completely shattered my trust in a company I once valued highly.

To make things worse, I felt ‘bullied’ into leaving a positive review something I’m sure they’ll be unhappy about me saying here, but honesty matters. This move was a complete shambles from start to finish, and I’m really disappointed to see how far their standards have fallen.

After years of loyalty and positive recommendations, I won’t be using or endorsing M25 Movers again.

We booked M25 Movers over a month in advance for our house move on 17 October at 11:00, with a confirmed quote of £450. Less than 48 hours before the move, the company cancelled our booking, citing “operational constraints.” No alternative or practical solution was offered, leaving us stranded just before moving day.

Because of the extremely short notice, we had no choice but to hire another mover at £945 to complete the move. This caused major stress, disruption, and an unavoidable £495 extra cost.

Despite acknowledging the cancellation, M25 has refused to provide fair compensation, offering only £25 goodwill. Their terms may allow them to cancel, but doing so with almost no notice is unreasonable and shows very poor customer care.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to be cautious and have a backup plan — communication and reliability were extremely disappointing in our experience.

I had high hopes for M25 Movers. Their customer service was great during the booking process, and the moving team worked hard over the two-day job (packing and moving). Everything seemed professional at first.

But things went downhill at the end. I was only allowed to inspect one of the two vans before being pressured to sign off the job. The second van had already left, and I was told it had been checked. I raised concerns, but was still pushed to complete the paperwork.

After the move, I discovered that an electronic item worth £400 was missing. When I submitted a claim, the company dismissed it immediately, saying I had signed everything off and suggesting I was making it up. Their tone became defensive and aggressive, demanding “proof” that the item was handed to them - something no customer could realistically provide.

Since posting my review, the company has escalated its response with formal legal threats, including a cease and desist notice and accusations of defamation by using my professional position, despite the fact that my review was posted from my personal account and contains no reference to my employer. They have even contacted my employer directly in what appears to be a clear attempt to intimidate me into silence.

They have also repeatedly misidentified the missing item as a vacuum cleaner, which shows they haven’t properly reviewed the claim at all.

This experience was a complete contrast to the professionalism I saw at the start. It also matches other negative reviews I’ve now read, where customers were treated poorly once something went wrong. M25 Movers clearly knows how to present well, but behind the scenes, their treatment of customers with issues is appalling.

If your move goes perfectly, you might be fine. But if anything goes wrong, be prepared for pressure tactics, legal intimidation, and borderline fraudulent practices. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with valuable belongings - they should be investigated.
