Awe and wonder
I got two figures, one for my daughter’s dog and one for my niece’s new pup. Both figures were indescribably accurate! Awe and wonder!! I can’t wait to receive the figure I ordered of MY pooch. I am sure I will be just as delighted.

This figurine is so realistic. I lost my Duke and it’s like you have given a little bit of him back to me.
The turnaround time was great and the quality is exceptional. So much so that I have ordered another for a second pet that has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.

Beautiful staute
We were so sad to lose our pup and came across this website to make a little statue of our beloved pup. I was really impressed that twice the company reached out to me to let me know that the product they made wasn't up to their standards and they were making me a new one. We received it today and oh my what a treat!!! They nailed it and my pup can forever sit at my desk with me!! Thank you so much for this beautiful treasure!

I never received my product, Digxipop fixed this
My first package was not delivered by UPS, and they said that it was delivered. Digxipop replaced it for me and the product was adorable.

I was also impressed that you took the initiative to redo it and send an email saying it was taking longer due to not being up to your standards. The first dog replicate I ordered was the 2.5" size and they did a wonderful job of it to the details and it looks just like my dog I recently lost. I enjoyed it so much I placed a new order for the dog I lost 10 years ago now too. They are working to make it just like my old dog as well. I ordered it at the same size, to match the one I already got.
