Working with Dignite Studios to build my website has been an outstanding experience from start to finish, and I want to especially highlight the exceptional work of Justin Cruz, my project manager throughout the entire process.

I came to them with just an initial idea, and they completely surpassed my expectations. Justin and the team took my vision and transformed it into something far beyond what I could have created on my own. The creativity, structure, and final execution were truly next level.

From day one, Justin made everything stress-free, clear, and incredibly organized. His communication was consistent and easy to understand I always knew what stage the project was in, what was coming next, and what was needed from me. He responded quickly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt supported the entire time.

Justin’s timeliness and attention to detail were also impressive. Every milestone was delivered on schedule, and he kept the project moving smoothly without ever making me feel rushed. Any adjustments I requested were handled professionally and effortlessly.

Most importantly, Justin guided the entire journey from start to completion with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. What could have been a stressful process became easy and enjoyable thanks to him. The finished website not only met my expectations it genuinely exceeded them.

Justin was my account manager, he was awesome! His communication was number one. He kept me in the loop constantly and responding efficiently via text or phone call. He went over the call of duty to help me with glitches that arose, because of him he made this process more manageable and kept me sane throughout this process. My project is now completed and I’m going to miss working with him. Anybody who gets him on their project, you won’t be disappointed. He does whatever he can to help you. Give this guy a raise, he deserves it!

I cannot recommend Dignite Studios.

Dignite tried to use the fear of users being r*ped to sell an expensive feature, made harassing phone calls to sell others, and was unable to fully finish the project or deliver the codebase after two years. Instead, they misrepresented completion while also asking for more time.

After they were fired, they continued to access my accounts for several days to make it seem as if they completed more work by their final deadline than they actually did.

Dozens of errors remain: functional, technical, residual, typographical, translative between the English and Spanish versions, and cosmetic.

I ended up doing the designs for the app, logo, Home Screen icon, background, color modes, and launch screens myself.

They failed to mention a $4,000 maintenance fee, more than $3,500 in unmentioned subscriptions, and missed as many as nine deadlines.

They also failed to provide reimbursement after their non-delivery.

I have 36 pages of evidence, photos, and videos to back these claims.

This has now turned into a legal dispute and is under investigation. I would recommend any other company.

Dignite Studios and its associates especially Stacy are amazing, so far. We have started working on my mobile application, and then the landing page for my Application. While still in the process Stacy has been good in updating me on the development of my app. If you are looking to make any mobile applications, landing pages and or websites, I recommend in getting their services.

I had a meeting with Dignite studios to share my ideas. Hailey Wade immediately was able to understand my vision and explain to me the process and next steps. We put together a SOW and we are now in the process of moving on to the next steps. I'm really looking forward to working with Hailey and the Dignite team.

started the process of wanting an app for my business this past December and now my app is completed thanks to Justin Cruz and his team! I’m so happy to now have my app functioning and working. I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all during the process and was given information along every step of the way. I’m truly thankful for the quick and seamless experience.

Dignite has agreed to work with us to find a solution do updating again to 3 pending a solution. Updating my review after working with the company from five star to one star. They did not honor their contracts. Repeatedly came back and askedfor additional money to complete features promised in prior contracts. They allow no communication with development team and then hold client responsible to pay for miscommunication with dev team. They can not effectively run agile projects.
Former review- Hailey is great. She is personable,intelligent and patient. It is such a pleasures working with her. I look forward do working with the rest of her team to build my social media app.

I used Bark.com to interview several companies for a new mobile app. DigNite Studios rose to the top of my list during my initial conversation with Maya Jensen. Maya was extremely thorough in explaining every step of the process from start to finish. Additionally, she scheduled a virtual call with Steven who took a deeper dive into my vision and incorporated it into a scope of work. I’m under contract now and the team has been implementing there deliverables. I just approved my Logo, and also signed an additional contract for DigNite to work on my web landing page in tandem with the app. I’ve been communicating directly via text, phone, and email with the project manager, Jay. I never write reviews but felt compelled to let other people know how confident you’ll feel about your investment with this team.

Dignite Studios listened and followed the scope of work, adding valuable ideas to our product objectives. They brought a great deal of expertise and knowledge, and were flexible and responsive throughout the project. Absolute pleasure to work with Steven, Liam, and of course Stacy. Stacy was incredible to work with, if you get the chance, request her to be your PM.

Dignite Studios built my mobile application for my company and I can say I'm impressed with the quality of work! I recommend them for someone getting an application built. As someone with very little technical knowledge, I was happy to see how well Dignite Studios works with their customers. I especially recommend Sophie Parker as a project manager! Sophie communicates very well and genuinely cares about the product she is producing for the customer. She makes recommendations based on experience and helps her customers through the process with thorough explanation of technical items. Working with Sophie has been one of the better experiences of this project and a determining factor in my continued work with Dignite Studios!

Eva has been a great project manager. She updates me and keeps me informed of any changes that may need done and some good advice.

I had a wonderful experience working with Liam and Maya. They were thought provoking and professional. They thought through my project in a depth no other company has. Their outstanding collaborative efforts were refreshing.
