Everything the owner of this business says is true. I ordered 2021 Office Professional for Mac and a day later I received a message from the owner saying that the price was increased. I said to myself, to purchase something and pay for it at the advertised price means nothing to this person, now what. Then he offered me the same 2021 Office for $30 but he kept sending me a link to purchase the Home Business edition for $34.88. It was like a bait and switch. We kept going back and forth until I just got fed-up and ignored his emails and blocked him.

Shop answered my pre-sales question and explained how to install the software and upon payment, received an email on how to uninstall previous Office programs and steps to install the Office 2021. No problems at all and up and running. Great support.
