Yesterday,7/6/26, I recoded 3 items which duly showed up on the 'recently recorded' list. Today, these recordings have inexplicably disappeared, as though they'd never existed. Recording memory is only 50% used, and anyway they were THERE, until they vanished. Mystifying and hugely disappointing and frustrating.

Last month, I wanted to order a Manhattan Aero 4K TV Streamer for my parents, but couldn't find anywhere that had any in stock except for Freesat Spares. I decided to take a chance and order one from them despite having never heard of them before. They answered my email query almost immediately and the item was posted very promptly, meaning it arrived in time for the bank holiday weekend. My dad was delighted. Brilliant little business.

Ordered had for my freestat box paid never received it and 6 weeks later got message saying it was lost and received refund went to order again and it had gone up by &£20 so did not order again so not to happy

Would have been nice if we were given details over the part(s) replaced. For transparency and more importantly to avoid unnecessary future arguments over parts warranty.

Despite a following-up email, such particulars have not been provided.

Paid postage for quote to repair, got quick response and very reasonable repair price, authorised and back up and running again in just a few days. BT YouView box.

Ordered the DIY hard drive replacement kit great price even included the tools to do it. Never done it before so followed the video on YouTube it was so easy couldn’t believe it. Now my freesat is fixed up and running within 10 minutes. So much cheaper than buying a new box. I think this is brilliant. Great to be able to repair in our disposable world. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again 👍👍

Well worth the effort to contact and get back to freesat without the rip off new box price

Freesat spares repaired my Humax box very promptly and returned it to me. Unfortunately, failed again after two weeks so they undertook a second repair under warranty without hesitation. Sadly, the box failed again after two weeks. Contacted Freesat spares and they concluded that the box was old and beyond economic repair. They did however offer a full refund of original fees.
It is worth mentioning that the same box was repaired by them two years ago and worked flawlessly until the current issues.
I was very pleased with Freesat Spares and have no hesitation in recommending them

Ordered an SSD from this company 0n 200326, dispatched on 270326. Still not arrived. Tracking (Royal Mail) states 'were expecting it' . Followed up with Freesat spares on 040426 and was advised they would resend. No tracking link sent. Still not arrived. They are now blaming their courier (Royal Mail) and have cancelled my order. My freesat box is now bricked. Clearly dont care. 'We Love our Customers' they say. Avoid like the plague.

I'm not a customer yet but soon will be,early indications are very good swift response to my query,so as soon as the item becomes available I will be ordering

Arrived promptly and easy to install

Machine arrived as stated and was easy to set up. The only issue was with the hdmi cable which was faulty. Machine has worked very well so far.

Used these guys twice now for two broken humax boxes. Excellent communication very honest and reliable. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Will not use anyone else.
