Up and running just great!
After all is said and done the program I purchased is working great. I had some issues, mostly of my own making, but with their help I was able to get it all squared away. Some advice for anyone else. Make sure your Windows computer settings allows programs from someplace other than the Microsoft Store. Mine didn't, hence the problem.

Their customer / technical support is Stupid. . .
Their customer service is BAD. They have no idea how to provide real, quality-full customer service. I had issue while trying to install an app but they could not fix it. Luckily I had to fix it all by myself. This business is not very honest and/or authentic at all. So obviously my experience is negative.

I would like to clarify that the key you purchased is specifically for Windows 10 Pro, as mentioned in our product description. Unfortunately, Windows 10 Pro activation keys are not compatible with Windows 10 Enterprise editions. This is a limitation set by Microsoft and is beyond our control.

Purchased a MS office pro 2021 key from them, there was an error during online activation, which said "activation attempts exceeded". However contacted them via their e-mail, after 2 to 3 e-mails they provided another verification code for phone verification which worked so far.
