So far I am happy, paid and immediately got details to login, the only issue I have is that they supply the username and password and you cannot use your own e-mail which leads me to think this might be scam.

Service was excellent and I had trouble loading MS Project and a lady called Sophie went above and beyond in helping me get the problem resolved.

This is not a legitimate 365 account
This is not a legitimate 365 account. You are exposing yourself (personal information), your data (OneDrive) and your devices (Azure management which can wipe or lock your device) to other parties who will have access to your data through the Office 365 tenant. Check your account settings and you will see they show up as random organisations. Mine happened to be:
Our Lady of Perpetual Help school (olphschooltoledo.org).
That organisation does in fact exist but with a slightly different domain address (olphtoledo.org/).
Why would they be selling licenses? Fund raising?
Please feel free to look it up for yourselves.
Log into the following with your account details:
To see the tenant - endpoint.microsoft.com
To see your account, organisations and your linked devices - myaccount.microsoft.com
Remember, the "cloud" is just someone else's computer!
Digipinit, if you can prove this otherwise, I will be happy to remove my rating.

The instructions are not clear as to how to download the application and what to do afterwards. This is my reason for only the three stars.

Excellent product
Excellent product, outstanding pricing, and fast delivery. Website indicated that the product could be installed on up to five computers, but I was only able successfully to activate on one.
