I had an issue and it was resolved in…
I had an issue and it was resolved in 15 Hrs considering I had purchased the software 14 months prior. With that I was also given the opportunity to upgrade at no extra cost due to the nature of my issue. There after there was a special promo which i jumped at the super low price which was ordered delivered and I installed all within 24 Hrs.

Previous purchase became invalid…
Previous purchase became invalid according to Digipinnit, where an option for refund or replacement key was offered. A replacement key was chosen, yet never received.
All emails querying the replacement key were never responded to. To date, no refund or replacement key or response to any of the emails has been received. Very disappointing service.

Office 365 package in 2023
I bought an Office 365 package in 2023, whenever I needed assistance team digipinit was always ready to assist me with any problem. They did it again today, when I experienced a problem with this package, they helped me remotely to install the new Office 2021 Professional plus package. Very good customer service
I had a 10 person lifetime office key and after a year of use it had stopped working. I had emailed Digipinit and they were quite supportive regarding the issue and were willing to provide a full refund or a new office key for 1 device. I had chose the 2nd option and although there were some technical issues along the way, I was overall satisfied with my service after the process.

Licence keeps expiring
Licence keeps expiring, they keep sending new keys. and no response for further assistance. they ignore emails. Support used to be good, but now its practically nonexistant
