Had a Validation Support chat and a following call with Mitch Keyster who was very helpful. The issue was resolved swiftly.

It took 18 minutes to reach a validation support assistant, but she was very helpfull and sent my order to final review. Despite Digicert being much larger corp now than in their early days, their support still gives good vibes.

There was an urgent certificate order from one of our customers for a service that hosted on our infra. I put in a request and ask for expediting it. I worked with a few chat agent, sorry i only remember Denzil and he helped me to validation process when the phone number was not working properly, he did his best to reach out for validation. Really appreciate it.

I did a support chat with Denzil to try to expedite a company verification for a certificate reissue, and he ended up getting the process done in minutes while we chatted. He was very responsive and professional, and made the experience painless. If I ever need to use the support chat again, I hope I'm able to engage Denzil.

Je n'ai jamais vu un support aussi mauvais pour une société américaine.
Tout le monde se renvoie la balle, personne ne répond précisment au mail qu'on leur envoie quand il faut pas attendre 10 jours car le réponsable est parti en vacances...
Je ne recommande pas mais PAS DU TOUT !!

Les prix sont exhorbitants , le support est proche du néant , à part recevoir des Bot reply ...
