Very freindly and helpful assistance by agent Rashid Asvat, even the circumstances were not so easy (competencies spread across two companies, company name to be corrected, ...)

I worked with Nathan to validate Authenticity of our organization for one of our certificate orders via the Digicert support chat experience. Nathan was very helpful in providing me with options (email with a link, phone call, etc) to complete the Authenticity validation and I was able to complete the process in only a couple of minutes. Following this interaction I was able to see that the validation was successful on our order immediately.

I was a bit unsure about the validation process and had some questions. I got great support from Wagiedah.

I simply cant believe how poorly this company is run.
NOTE: I am not writing to get customer service, as I know it does not work. I will not be answering any correspondence from DigiCert.

I am writing to warn colleagues in the IT business to use another SSL cert provider.

We have spend a year. YES, A YEAR, with a case for a customer, and we are STILL getting the wrong invoices and being asked to pay for things we explicitly did not ask for. And we have correspondence that proves it. Over and over again they mess things up. Its a farce.

And this is not just this one case. We've had numerous cases over the last 3 years with these issues. Talking to companies that handles communication for customers with DigiCert confirms that its not just us.

We will never ever use DigiCert again.

It was great working experience with Meelan Nair who responded promptly for all our issues and supported.

Lors de la validation, ils font des vérifications qui n'en finissent pas, demandent de refaire le site web, de s'inscrire dans les annuaires et même si vous êtes inscrits, ils ne les trouvent pas et demandent de prouver. Tout cela prend beaucoup de temps avec un service client difficile à joindre (enfin il répond mais comme il y a plein de services, ils se renvoient la balle).
Une fois validé, vous devez valider les personnes, à nouveau avec les mêmes démarches à n'en plus finir.
Par ailleurs, vous avez des menus partout où vous avez du mal à trouver votre chemin sans aide.

Le comble de tout ça: ils ont bloqué le menu de paiement et pour débloquer le paiement, il faut contacter un manger qui n'a pas répondu en 2 semaines ! On s'est retrouvé sans certificats pour un produit valant des centaines de milliers d'euros !

On a eu tout cela pour le prix le plus cher de tous les services !
