Sent glass lamp shades with absolutely no packing material. Inevitably and obviously arrived smashed to pieces. Unacceptable. AVOID!

Excellent service
I bought a lovely up and down outside light. I got in touch as I had not received an email with my order acknowledgement which had gone to my spam box. Ross was straight in touch advising that the order was on its way. I received it the same day. I would totally recommend this company

I had ordered 13 lights from their…
I had ordered 13 lights from their website, outof which one of the lights we had ordered was extra and the one we ordered 2 only, they delivered us 3, and another light of different type was not ordered to us.
The kind of betrayal they have done with us on that aspect is quite shameful.
Hope they resolve our problem.
