Diamond Watches London Anmeldelser

10/10! Brilliant service and an amazing watch, thank you.

Amazing buying and selling experience!
I have been accommodated appropriately every time I have been in the store. Danny has ensured a swift and easy process when completing a transaction and it will be my first choice whenever I want to purchase a watch. Highly recommend!

Was looking to buy a watch for a special occasion and was referred to Danny at DWL. Experience was first class from the outset, having understood my needs Danny did the rest and kept me up to date as he sourced a new submariner at a competitive price. Picked up in the store where Danny and the team were equally welcoming. Overall great experience and would certainly buy from them again.

We bought a watch from Danny this year, we walked in and asked for a “Rootbeer” and within a couple of hours he had sourced us a watch and at a competitive price. Would highly recommend and thank you again for all of your help.

I bought a watch from DWL on Monday 25th March, I bought the watch over the phone and paid via bank transfer. Watch arrived this morning exactly as described.
I had been following DWL & Danny on social media for years but only just got round to purchasing from him, any questions I had were answered quickly. I was kept up to date throughout. Danny had asked if I would prefer to collect from the store which I would have loved to do, as a chance to look through some of the stock however maybe next time! Strongly recommend, only regret I have is that I hadn’t used DWL sooner or for any of my previous purchases. Until next time, thanks again.

I had an excellent experience with Danny at DWL.Firstly he kept the watch I was interested in aside for over a week until I flew back to the UK from Dubai. He was so patient while I asked so many questions about the history of the watch and authentication of the watch. Could not fault the customer experience, would recommend DWL to anyone looking for a luxury watch.

I missed a watch I really wanted and Danny found one for me. Excellent service .

I truly love DWL this luxury watches shop, they got quick feedback, professional watches' knowledge and great experience of watches. I just bought two watches from DWL a week ago, I choose one AP Royal Oak and one Panerai.

Danny who is the owner of DWL contact with me directly for the detail of watches, and he was on vacation at the same time, I was very sorry to bother his vacation, but he is very kind and warm to me to support me to buying the watches at all.

I was very surprised and more than happy about Danny sent the watched to me very fast from London to Taiwan, it only takes 2-3days, and the package is amazing wonderful and very safe box for the watches!

There are so many watch dealers in the world, I strongly recommend DWL is the one and only great one to buy the luxury watches!

Peter Wu from Taiwan.

The guys in DWL are true gents with a real knowledge of watches. The array of watches they have on offer is very wide spread for all people looking to buy a new timepiece.

The guys bent over backwards for me when I was in there to make sure I had the best experience and I wasn’t disappointed.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Luxury service for luxury items seem to be few and far between nowadays but not at DWL they know how to provide a luxury service and you see that when you walk in the shop and then deal with the guys.

Keep up the excellent standards guys! Thank you for the brilliant service you provide.

Purchased a Bi-Metal Skydweller off Danny and the lads, perfect service every time. They cant do enough to help you. Watch arrived the day after ordering and was even better than described. Will definitely be back. The best in the country.

Great experience dealing with Danny, I have been on his WhatsApp group for a couple of years now waiting for the right watch, bought two from him this week. When they turned up the condition was better than described. Can't fault and probably won't go anywhere else for watches in the future.

Great guys! I buy regularly from Danny - always a pleasure.

Fantastic experience buying here for my first time with Danny and his team.

Would highly recommend, and have recommended them to many friends!

Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Any time.

My purchased watch was better than described , great service from Danny from first enquiry to seamless pickup. Total purchase experience was a 10plus .

Danny & the crew at DWL are the 👑. First class experience from start to finish. My partner and I have now bough 3 watches from DWL so far this year alone, each time a better experience than the last. Danny also goes above and beyond post purchase to ensure no complications arises. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a brand new gmt master from Danny and the guys, couldn’t be happier with the service. Very professional and genuine watch dealers. You can’t go wrong with them!

I have been a long standing customer of DWL for close to a decade. The customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Not only from the time you walk in to the time you leave but also after a purchase. I cannot count on two hands how many purchases I have made from DWL - Especially through their service “The Broadcast”. Which sends out exceptional deals for a shockingly lower price!

I love the work Danny and the team do. So much so I have referred them to countless members of my family, close friends and colleagues.

Saw a watch on their website which I had been after for a while. I called up to enquire but unfortunately the watch had already sold. However Danny was great and sourced me another one within 24 hours at a lower price than they had advertised originally.
Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Been buying from the DWL team for years, great service and prices!
