Very disappointed.

I put a deposit down online, then purchased the watch and paid in full. Despite countless emails, WhatsApps and Instagram messages, I had zero communication for three days.

I was then called and told the watch had been sold in-store, despite me having already paid for it online.

I’ve now received my refund, but the whole experience was extremely disappointing and the lack of communication was particularly poor.

Absolutely seamless. Great service, payment as promised within 24 hours. I would certainly recommend this company.

I have bought omega planet ocean 29095083 pre owned from DWL. My first experience was excellent. Communication with Amber was superb and I got a good deal from her during negotiations process. I am really happy with the outcome. I went to picked up my watch in London and buying experience with store manager Naz was excellent as well and the watch technician Svet was very helpful to explained to me about the watch and did Amplitudes test for me as well in store. I am definitely looking forward to buy more pieces from them in the future if I could a good deal AGAIN. If you are looking to buy pre-owned Watches definitely DWL is the place to go. Initially enquired on a Rolex Datejust lady’s, and was contacted by Amber.
We were able to strike an agreement fairly quickly and deposit was sent that day.
Photos of the watch were then sent before and after the polish and clean and it looked superb.
It arrived the day of request as I was away, and seeing it in person proved my decision was correct in buying from DWL.
It’s a vintage piece but it has beautifully restored and looks as good as anyone could hope for.
I was aware of their presence as a prestigious and renowned watch dealer, but I couldn’t have asked for more or better service.
I will certainly be back and have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them. 5 star service without doubt. Thank you!
