Diamond Watches London Anmeldelser

Danny was fantastic. Fair prices and really good quality. Definitely recommend

I have used DWL on several occasions and found them honest very fair and trustworthy. I’m referring to prices offered payment system etc. They do what they say and instantly.

Danny went above and beyond to secure and deliver a Rolex I had ordered for as a gift for my husband. Throughout the process he was communicative, transparent and sincere, and went above and beyond to get the watch to me in time (driving to my house an hour outside of London to personally deliver it and ensure I received it in time to gift, along with a gorgeous bouquet for flowers!).

I'll never buy a watch from anyone else other than Danny - a truly sincere, friendly and trustworthy gentleman.

Very good customer service.

5 star service

Amazing professional honest and highly reputable. I came from Manchester to London to sell a watch. Didn't try to mess me about, backtracking et cetera.

I'm very impressed. A professional attitude and general friendliness was reassuring and honourable from Layla initially who was the first point of contact and then Yash in the shop. It was a pleasure dealing with you today.

Thank you

This was my first watch from Danny & the team and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I had met with Danny at DWL earlier in the year and was really impressed with his knowledge and friendly approach, together with the range of watches at DWL which is fantastic. I returned to purchase a stunning timepiece and the whole process was flawless from beginning to end. I love my new watch and I am already thinking about my next purchase from DWL!

I had a great experience. Danny is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I had a fantastic experience at DWL. Danny was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent service from start to finish. He took the time to help me find the perfect watch from their impressive collection of timepieces, offering expert advice without any pressure. The prices were very fair, and it’s clear that Danny is passionate about sourcing high-quality watches. If you're looking for a trustworthy, independent store to buy or sell watches, I highly recommend DWL. I'll definitely be back!

Easy to use App, good communication from Danny and I love my new watch! Hopefully not too long before my next purchase from DWL.

What an incredible experience, beautiful watch, incredible price, then met by an amazing team, who couldn’t make you feel more welcome and part of a special community.

Bought my first Rolex Submariner from Danny today. 100% authentic, best service. He went through all the authenticity checks with me and put my mind at ease. I look forward to buying watches from DWL

Excellent service from Danny from start to finish, couldn’t have asked for any better
Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Excellent service from The Watch Exchange. I had a Rolex to sell and of all the companies I spoke to, this was the team I felt I could trust from the first visit to their showroom. Highly professional, knowledgeable and seamless process from start to finish. A pleasure to deal with - highly recommended! Richard S.
