I am very disappointed with the outcome of my hair transplant procedure. Unfortunately, my hair did not grow as expected, and I feel that the transplant has been unsuccessful.
I followed the aftercare and treatment advice provided by the clinic and paid the full cost of the procedure, so I was expecting a satisfactory result. When I contacted the clinic about the poor outcome, I was informed that I would need to pay the full cost again for a second transplant.
I am extremely disappointed with this response, particularly as I complied with the recommended treatment and aftercare. I am now considering a second hair transplant, but I would like the clinic to review my case and explain why the first procedure did not achieve the expected results and what support or resolution they can offer.

From pick up at the airport to the hotel.
Picked up first thing the next morning and taken to the hospital and greeted at reception .
The staff were very friendly and very accommodating at the hospital & the hotel .

Everything was explained in great detail.

First time getting hair transplant for my hairline and front hair. Quite scared and nervous at first but the doctors and everyone involved has been amazing. They were wonderful from the start to finish. They explained everything that’s going to happen for before and after the procedure. Even after procedure, they gave instructions on how to take the medicine and how to use the aftercare kit. The hotel and car pickup accommodation were great as well. Would highly recommend others who are on this journey to fix their hair.

They are very professional and making you feel comfortable in all the process. I’ve done the transplant yesterday everything looks that is gonna be good!

I had my hair transplant procedure four months ago, and I am already very happy with the results. Not all of the transplanted hairs have grown yet, as the full result takes more time, but even the growth I have seen after only four months has impressed me greatly.

Was a bit apprehensive as I have been out to Turkey 9 years ago for a hair transplant and was pretty much let down with a poor standard.

I’ve just had my hair transplant here in Hair of Diamonds, and I wanted to share my experience with you.

By profession I am a Clinical Physiotherapist. Over the past three to four years, I experienced significant hair loss, which really affected my confidence. I started researching online, especially on Google and Trustpilot, looking for a reliable clinic and that’s how I came across Hair of Diamonds.

From the very beginning, everything was extremely smooth and professional. The communication started on WhatsApp with Yaseen and the team was always responsive, helpful, and clear with all the information.

I traveled from Manchester to Istanbul, and honestly, the entire journey was very well organized. They arranged all my transfers from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic, and back again , so I didn’t have to worry about anything.

The treatment itself was excellent. I want to especially thank Dr. Senem Kiran and her team for their amazing work and care throughout the process. ❤️🙌🏻
The procedure was mostly pain-free. There were just a few minutes of discomfort during ( total of 3-5 duration) the local anaesthesia injections (as expected 😬) , but after that, everything was very comfortable.

My surgery lasted around 8 to 10 hours, and during that time, they made sure I was completely at ease. I was given breaks whenever I needed them, including toilet breaks, and they provided a really nice lunch as well. Afterward, they even gave me strawberries 🍓 and chocolates 🍫 to keep my energy levels up, which was a really thoughtful touch ❤️🥰

They also provided all the necessary aftercare items, including medications and special shampoos, as part of the package, which I really appreciate. 🙌🏻

Right now, it’s been one day since my procedure, and I’m feeling great , no pain at all. I’m very excited to see the final results in the coming months.

I had a great experience at Diamonds of Hair - Istanbul. Great communication from start to finish and everything was made clear. I was looked after by Dr Cengiz and his amazing team. The procedure went nice and smoothly. I chose Diamonds of Hair has I know a number of people who came here for their surgeries and their outcomes have been great. I decided to have a mini holiday in Istanbul first so I was picked up at my hotel and taken straight to the clinic. Dr Cengiz took the time to check up on me and even came to the hotel the next day to do the first wash. I am looking forward to seeing my results but I would highly recommend Diamonds of Hair. I’d recommend getting the highest package. Huge thank you again to the team.

Second hair transplant, first with this company and the experience was much better, the surgery was done with care and detail, allowed me to make adjustments to the hairline they have drawn and worked with me to give me what I wanted. No major swelling or pain with this company as opposed to to my first hair stand plant.

Byłem w tej klinice na przeszczepie włosów i jestem mega zadowolony z obsługi oraz całego procesu przed, w trakcie oraz po zabiegu. Jeśli chodzi o szczegóły samego doradzenia w samym zakresie wyprowadzenia linii oraz rozprowadzenia graftow to było to na najwyższym poziomie profesjonalizmu i jestem mega zadowolony. W moim przypadku ubytek był zbyt duży, żeby na jednym zabiegu się zakończyło ale z efektu jestem bardzo zadowolony. Żadnych komplikacji , wszystko na najwyższym możliwym poziomie. Porównując do cen na zachodzie jakość nawet przewyższa zachodnie kliniki, mówię to z pełnym przekonaniem ponieważ anulowałem wizytę w uk i z perspektywy czasu wiem że była to dobra decyzja , nie ze względu samego wykonania pracy zespołu w Turcji, ale również mam porównanie do kolegi który mimo wszystko zdecydował się na ten zabieg w klinice w której ja zrezygnowałem

Had operation yesterday was well organized Yasin on the WhatsApp was very helpful and the office manager on the day was great. The people doing the actual procedure didn't have great english but they were able to answer questions with help. So far I would definitely recommend it can be a long day but feel good about it. Doctors seem to be perfectionists 🙏
