Very good service very nice people thankful they're here when I need them

These guys are legit. I've sold extra supplies to Diabetics Trust several times. They have always paid for shipping and send a email and text when they receive the items ans have evaluated the quality. They are very fair and send pictures if they have lowered what they will pay of a item due to an imperfection. I haven't had anything that was not accepted by them after inspection so I cant speak to if you get items they don't deem acceptable back in a timely matter. I was nervous when sending items the first time as ive heard so many of these places are scams but I had no issues and received a check in the mail that I was able to deposit just fine.

Really enjoy the speed of the process. Had some older stuff that I was not able to use anymore and they had no problem with it. Shipped it off, shipping there was 4 days, got an email 24 hrs later and next day I got payment. Really happy with them and will go back if I get any more stuff. Thank you!

I can across this site by searching what I could do with unused insulin stuff. I put in what I had. It was so easy. It gave me a quote for what I could get based off of quality of the product I was sending. Shipping instructions were clear as to how to pack it to protect the product, so that no damage could occur doing shipping. I shipped it out a couple days after submitting. They received in in like 2 days. Communication was great as well. I then got notified that they received the product and that my payment would be received in 1 to 2days. I got it after one. If I ever have any more product I'll be using this service again. Highly recommend.

This company stayed in contact with me through the process and kept me informed when they received my package and they also sent me pictures of which items they would be returning back to me because either the package was damaged or because they just didn't accept that kind of inslept that I sent to them but they also told me how much I was getting and the check did arrive and I was pleased with this company for walking me through the steps and letting me know when the check was sent out and I didn't worked out perfect will be using them again

This was my first time dealing with them and I must say after getting burned by a few other organizations it was a pleasure dealing with honest peoples for a change .They are a little slow about getting payment out but they seem to be very fair .I will be doing business with Diabete Trust again

I've been working with Diabetic Trust since 2023. I found them on google originally and decided to give them a try. Their customer service is really top tier once you sell your supplies and submit your quote, because they contact you throughout the process from beginning to finish. So with them, you are not left wondering what's going on in the process. To me, that's quite reassuring!
I recently sold products on April 17, I received my shipping label the same day and took my items to the post office to ship off. They sent messages letting me know every step of the process. Once they received my items, they sent a message to let me know the full breakdown of what was accepted and the breakdown of why and about payment information. Ive always gotten paid what was quoted on the explanation and it was very clear why and I got my products not used returned to me. What I learned on the best results on payouts, it is best to look at their requirements for the way to send in your stuff and always pack your with the best packing materials. Let them remove your labels so, nothing gets damaged.
I highly recommend working with them! They are a great company and always very eager to answer questions and help if you need it!
