So a few weeks ago I requested a quote since I Heard about this from my family member and I have not been able to get it dropped off. I got an email saying they were overstocked but I could still drop it off and they would accept it so I dropped it off 18th of June and they got it Friday they inspected my items which were in perfect condition And since I chose PayPal, which is probably the best option and the fastest I got my money today on June 23 at 2:18pm so from the time it Was dropped off they received it and I got my money within five days and that is because it was a weekend. They checked up on me made sure everything was ok and valued me as a person and customer And like I said, even though they were overstocked, they still took it because I accepted the quote.

Highly communicative throughout the entire process. Shipping was easy, payment was very fast. I was informed during every step of the process, either by text or email. I am more than satisfied. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Everything went perfectly smooth. Great to work with! Guided every step of the way. Will definitely use again.

It was also so helpful to have customer service communicating with you the whole time through each step so you are fully aware of everything going on in real time. The site is the best by many I’ve dealt with several. This is my fourth time coming back to Diabetic trust! I don’t need to venture out anywhere else those places phenomenal if you’ve never give them a try try it I guarantee you will not be disappointed and if you have any questions, they answer them and I’m pretty sure you’ll even like their answers.!

Best prices on many of their items, they paid/emailed shipping label, quick/expedited processing time first time around, 1-2 days processing after.
Can Zelle direct to account, so pretty quick excluding the normal shipping and processing time. So far a pleasant experience all around.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I use them at least once a month for various items. They are extremely helpful/kind/ professional and I’ve never had an issue with payment. The turn around period is extremely fast, even if you choose the check method to be paid, as opposed to using PayPal. I’m always fully compensated for my item. Just be very careful to read their shipping instructions/ suggestions to ensure you mail your items carefully, so there is no damage. In that case, their hands would be tied and they’d have no choice but to reduce payment or possibly return your items. I can’t stress enough how important it is to carefully package your items with appropriate bubble wrap etc. Again, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company! They expedite sending their return labels and quickly send payment! I would write a million reviews if I could, but yes, they are legitimate and treat their customers with the utmost professionalism! I’ve used other companies and this company is 1st on my list!!!

Sending your products not knowing if you're going to get a check back is very nerve-wracking and I've gone through other places that did that and didn't pay me but with this company they not only let me know when the box came to them, then they let me know when I would expect to get paid.
