Unsatisfactory Service
I initially hired Dezyon Digital to migrate my existing website theme into a new theme I had selected on Shopify. They were also going to redesign the Home Page. However, the team insisted on using their own theme, which I found confusing and counterproductive, especially since I had already chosen a new theme. I was assured that this process would take two weeks. Unfortunately, the results I received were far from satisfactory.
The main issues I encountered included:
Pages were not loading correctly.
Images were inconsistent in size and proportions.
Duplicate images were included.
Many images appeared fuzzy.
Numerous spelling errors were present.
Incorrect titles were assigned to various items.
Unauthorized images unrelated to our products were displayed.
Layouts were all wrong after sending many many instructions.
After two weeks, we could not progress beyond the homepage due to these unresolved issues. Despite providing detailed instructions and diagrams, my feedback was largely ignored. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I ultimately canceled the project.
Following the cancellation, I received three messages from key personnel at Dezyon Digital:
David, my account manager, acknowledged that a mistake had been made in insisting on using their own theme.
Dan, the operations manager, informed me that David's personal situation of his mother being sick had impacted the management of my account.
Alex Park, the CEO, recognized that the team assigned to my project was not adequately equipped to meet my needs.
At this point, I felt compelled to request a refund, as the work uncompleted—one page in two weeks—was not usable. I paid $800 for this service, and they have printed on their website confirming 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back policy.
They refuse to give me a refund as I sit here with a defunct and messy website.
They also operate under the name Zyon Trading, in which several of my banks refused to transfer payment to them due to " risky and fraudulent behavior". I did bring this to their attention and they said I was the only one having this problem.
I will add, that my account manager was as nice as nice can be. He always offered to fix the problems, but they were never fixed. They only became worse. I do think and this is my opinion, that this project was outsourced overseas. Although they claimed to be in Texas.
