Motivated but amateur hour
I went back and forth with the company before signing the contract, and only did so because of their guarantee to make you $5000 in profits within the first 90 days or you get your $5000 fee back. Not only did they only make less than $700 of profit in that timeframe, but they sent 100 items out with my personal home's return address, having returns pile up at my house and then being told "just keep them" because it was too expensive to resell them. They repeatedly switched how they were making me purchase the items, taking hours of my time, because they didn't have a mature system for ordering. They communicated well and worked hard to fix the problems they kept stumbling my store into, including getting it suspended and having no idea how to fix it. I was repeatedly bluffed about the errors "not being our fault", then forcing them to admit it was their fault as I pushed. Also, they repeatedly falsely cited the contract when I told them I would request the refund for lack of performance, and had a "finance guy" literally yelling at me telling me that "you are trying to scam us" by executing the guarantee in their own contract. Additional Update: The response below is just factually incorrect. Well less than 36% ROI, and I was highly responsive. The amateurs messed up my Walmart store so royally, that over a month after firing them, I continue to attempt to get my store out of suspension from Walmart because of actions they took. Complete loss of revenue for this entire time because of how they handled my business. Be warned!
