I am moving from the UK to Saudi Arabia to work and wanted to keep my UK mobile number. Setting up the app and porting the mobile number was simple and their customer service kept me updated throughout the process.

So far, so good!
I visited the sites and read the reviews of similar services, and on the strength of that alone, this came out on top.
I've signed up to Devyce yesterday and was able to port my number across and be up and running today.
Great service, communication and delivery.

I have failed to get a response to my request for a PAC code. Just the standard problem ticket number. Then nothing.
On the evidence I have they could be out of business. Devyce on my phone doesn’t work so all in all a failed experience and I want my number back.

The app is full of glitches, calls come in but you can't answer them, and after a forced update, I couldn’t even log in despite using the correct credentials. After countless attempts, I finally got in, only for the app to show an error and log me out again.

I reached out to their support team over a week ago and still haven’t received any response. Tried calling the customer service number I found on Google, waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer before giving up. That’s half an hour of my time completely wasted.

All I want is my PAC code so I can move to a provider that actually values its customers and delivers a working service.

Respectfully, that is not correct. All payments have been made on time from my business account, and I have not received any emails from Devyce regarding payment issues or cancellation. The problem began only after I was prompted to update the app; since that update, the issue has persisted.

I’ve also exchanged several emails with Paula this month, and at no point was a payment problem mentioned.

Given the poor customer service and resulting loss of trust, I will be moving our service to Swytch.

Ideal solution for digital nomads or anyone based outside of the UK for long periods who need a UK mobile number and don't want the worry of being cut-off for being out of the country for too long. Good value for money and the customer service is excellent - I get responses to email queries very quickly (quite often within the hour). Highly recommend!

I have been with Devyce for a while now and the solution has got better and better. They react well to feedback and the support is both pro active and helpful even with my teams often some what daft questions. The AI functionality is really impressive and makes a massive difference to the team and the admin around it. I would recommend it to any phone heavy business that wants a solution that is constantly developing and improving.

I would leave no stars if this was an option. This company is terrible! I signed up and gave them my PAC code nearly a week ago. It's supposed to be ported within a couple of hours. After sending several emails without response they told me it had been ported and the numbers linked. I tried to make calls but when you log in it tells you it's expired and gives you a new log in number. This happened 15 times! I've emailed the company many times with no response. They are supposed to have a 24 hrs customer support service but this obviously doesn't apply to weekends. There is no customer service number so you can't actually speak to anyone. I'm still unable to make or recieve calls and the company doesn't care or try to help. I'm trying to get my PAC code back from them so I can go to another company, but it seems like they are going to make this as difficult as possible to punish me for leaving. I'm hoping they will refund my monies as ive not actually been able to use their so called "service".
I recommend that you avoid this company if you don't want to get stressed out! Avoid!

Easy to get connected, quick and friendly support over email. Works great.

The set-up was quick and easy to port i.e. keeping the same numbers whilst being abroad. The service was great and team was very proactive to help.

Completed the whole process in less than 48 hours from beginning to end. Paula from support kept me updated all the time and it works for me. Highly recommend this service.

So far, this company has given me excellent service. Responding to all my queries in rapid time, and with a humility and a reverence for serving customers that really sets them apart. The service was up and running for me quickly (even though I was not in the UK at the time of set up), and so far has been flawless. So great to work with a company that effortlessly does what it says ! Thankyou to all the team, I am fully appreciative of all that you are doing.

I relocated from the UK to Hong Kong, I ported my existing UK number to Devyce and it works well as long as the internet connection is good. Support team have been really good at responding so far. They responded literally in about 35 mins to one of my emails which was impressive.

I’ve seen a review about them not being responsive when something has gone wrong - can’t comment on this as nothing has gone wrong for me yet luckily, so far so good!

I signed up for Devyce to keep my UK mobile number and receive 2FA texts while living abroad.
The team at Devyce are very responsive and handled porting my number very fast. Huge thanks to Paula for keeping me informed and sticking to the promised timeline.
I recommend Devyce to any expats looking for an affordable way to keep their number while living abroad.

So my Devyce App stopped functioning. Basic issue being someone calling my number would be told the number is not in use. Or, if it started to ring, it would ring once then terminate. I deleted and downloaded a new version. Re-instated my Devyce subscription.

I tried calling the 0208 040 999 support number. USELESS! No one is available to take your call.

Devyce claim, "send us an email as response is much faster, usually answered within minutes". Oh yes you send them a email and within minutes you get an automated response acknowledgement. THEN NOTHING! Day after day sending emails. Day after day getting an automated response. Only because I pay my subscription to Apple and I called Apple did Apple contact Devyce and then I get a response. When it works it's good. GOD HELP YOU if it goes wrong. THERE'S NO ONE LISTENING!

I must say this company is absolutely amazing very quick to reply and their customer service is spot on my number got ported exactly on the day they advised . So it’s 5 star ⭐️ from me

Happy with the service - app is intuitive and does everything I need it for. However, the customer service was particularly impressive, responsive and good level of communication.

I recently gave a very poor review for issues that I encountered. They have since helped me correct the issues. I retract my 1 star rating and up them to 3. I can't go 5 at this point as they could have spoken to me first. But I will be happy to review again after a couple of months. Thanks for the help Devyce!

Very happy so far. Only two days in but all good.
