Price and cover are good but
Price and cover are good, had to phone four times to get a response after card payment would not go through, their system needs a upgrade on address you keep your bike and where your bank details are sent. No claims proof needs sent to them, Come on they can get it them yourselves with the click of a button.

I found the Devitt online application site easy to use and submitting proof of no claims etc easy to do. Any followup contact has been good. for a first time with this company I've been very pleased.

Young lady on the phone was polite
Young lady on the phone was polite, clear and had a sense if humor 5 stars plus.
Down side from ringing to first message , selection,second message, selection then automatically put on hold over three mins. Not acceptable.

Rubbish business
Rubbish business! They took virtually all the premium while waiting for proof of NCD which Bikesure would not provide due to a Mulibike policy.
Devitt never confirmed the new policy but still claimed all the payment for admin.
Will NEVER use this scammer again!!!!
