Rubbish business
Rubbish business! They took virtually all the premium while waiting for proof of NCD which Bikesure would not provide due to a Mulibike policy.
Devitt never confirmed the new policy but still claimed all the payment for admin.
Will NEVER use this scammer again!!!!

Note The bike was on cover it just had not been updated on MIB database and the documents were sent via email

Top marks for this company but, it would have been 5 stars if I had not been kept waiting on hold for over 10 minutes just to update my credit card details. Customer time is as precious as Devitt Time?
Once my call had been answered it was very quick which made up for it a bit, full marks to the person who took my call.

Pleasant surprise followed by delight!
Having had a number of non-productive, kafkaesque experiences with a number of well known insurance providers, I was at first pleasantly surprised, and eventually delighted by my experience with Devitt. The combination of a friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep., combined with systems that supported me on the initial online engagement and the rep. whilst going through the fine print, raised the bar with respect to my recent insurance experiences. In addition the policy came in as the cheapest of those offered.
