Prompt delivery. Very friendly and caring deliverer. Good product

I ordered this online and within a day was sent an email asking me to book a delivery date. The booking system very easy to use and I was kept fully informed about the delivery, including a call 30 minutes before the delivery was made. The duress extremely well packaged and fully protected. I am very happy with my purchase, it feels well made and good quality. I would highly recommend Desser to other consumers

Very poor after-sales service.

I paid over £400 for a Desser armchair and the cane weave began breaking down shortly after purchase. Instead of addressing the quality issue, Desser immediately blamed me without evidence.

They repeatedly hid behind a “warranty” position rather than dealing with their responsibilities under UK consumer law, and then offered a so-called 'goodwill' repair while expecting me to pay £85 for professional fitting.

This felt like deliberate deflection rather than genuine customer service. I would not buy from Desser again and would advise others to be cautious.

New cushions arrived within a few days. One needed replacing as very soft. Replacement arrived quickly too.

Very helpful on phone query, easy to order replacement covers and quick delivery. Perfect fit, very happy.

I was kept informed about my order and delivery, as item was out of stock when I placed the order. It was delivered within 3 weeks, so very pleased with that.

Brilliant service. From the start we have had clear and helpful communications on price and delivery. We were offered a super quick delivery which didn’t fit our plans so Desser were quick to meet our requirements. Oh I should add that the conservatory suite is great / comfortable and well made to our requirements.

Fast delivery of stool to match sofa & chair I bought the month before. Only disappointment was the rattan of the stool is much lighter than the rest of the furniture!

Was very disappointed with the delivery, the crew refused to unpack the box as said it would not go through the Patio door and they had to unpack in the room furniture was going in. Then they just took off !!
We had to wait over the weekend until a different crew could deliver.

WE had a lot of trouble finding a company that could help us but Desser was a wonderful find. So helpful and excellent service and quality material and workmanship.

Company were happy to hold my furniture till we moved into our house and then let me choose a date.Kept up to date on time for delivery. Happy to take cardboard wrapping away. Friendly and polite. Furniture was lovely and well made.

We ordered a 3 seater sofa based on the picture on the website. This was to match the 2 seater and footstools We have already. We assumed that the default cushion cover pattern was as per the picture. Not a bit of it...Desser does not supply the cover pattern in the pictures! So we now have a 3 seater sofa that does not match the other furniture. The Manager eventually phoned but he defended the indefensible. The website is extremely misleading, something which the Manager accepted but is not prepared to do anything about. Very, very disappointed. I guess that we'll just have to put the sofa on Gumtree. What a waste of money for two OAPs in their 70s. Sleep well Mr Desser Manager.

The furniture we chose is excellent quality, expertly made and beautifully finished. We were so impressed with the service we experienced, from the moment we entered the showroom until our suite was delivered, on time, as specified and with the utmost care and courtesy.

Really impressed impressed with the service. Already have Dessert conservatory furniture which has been excellent. The cushions and covers needed replacing. The samples arrived promptly and the new cushions/ covers arrived a few days after placing the order. Quality is excellent. Thank you!

The furniture we ordered was exactly what we were looking for to replace our existing conservatory furniture. The furniture was delivered to where we asked and unpacked with the bulky rubbish taken away. Unfortunately after looking closer at the second sofa we ordered the frame was a different model. We contacted Desser immediately and they arranged to replace the sofa frame in 7 to 10 days. This was done without any problems. So all the furniture now matches and very happy with the service

The experience was great as we could look online at what items we wanted and saw how they looked. It was easy to purchase the goods we looked at which arrived promptly and were well packed. The chairs are of excellent quality and comfortable to sit in. They look great in our Conservatory.

Excellent customer service.
The item I wanted was no longer being made, but Desser were able to find a piece of fabric and make the item for me.
I would definately recommend Desser.
