Design X Studio Anmeldelser

The experience from start to finish was simple and the end product was better than we expected. Highly recommend to anyone buy here as these guys deliver quality.

Do not trust this company they will pester you until you pay they stuff you around by using Ai to change your logo. Then refuse to resolve the issue. Biggest waste of over $250

Unfortunately, our experience with Design X Studio has been extremely disappointing.

We engaged Design X Studio to assist with our business website, expecting a professional service and a finished product that met our business needs. We paid half the cost upfront and still have nothing to show for it apart from a lot of emails back and fourth. They agree to the world upfront then outsource your job to someone that they don't communicate with, and then months into the project they decide the website design we agreed on was not what they wanted.

Instead, the experience left us frustrated with the outcome and questioning the value of the service provided.

Very poor communication skills.

As a small, family-owned business, we understand the importance of customer service, communication and delivering what has been promised. We hold ourselves accountable to our customers and expect the same from businesses we engage.

Ultimately, we lost confidence in Design X Studio and sought a refund. We have since decided to take our website in a different direction.

What should have been a straightforward and positive experience became an unnecessary waste of time and resources.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Design X Studio to other business owners looking for reliable website development services.

Design X Studio did a phenomenal job at designing my website how I envisioned it. They were so attentive and constantly kept me updated. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and brown my vision to life. They have the kindest service to add on top. Thank you Design X Studio!

Design x Studio was so accomodating to my specific design and features that I wanted. Their attention to detail and attentiveness to my details was phenomenal. They worked incredibly fast and spoke me through the process making sure that I was updated regularly and completed design check ups with me. Couldn’t recommend Design x Studio enough

I Really appreciate their hard work to make my website. I highly recommend their services.

These guys charged me $299 for 5 samples t-shirts and then proceeded to ask for $550 more 2 weeks after they started making the t-shirts

Great to work with and responsive when messaged. Worked with us to update and upgrade our logo and business presence.

I wish to share my feedback on working with Design X Studio on the creation of my website. As a novice to website construction, I found Travis very patient and helpful. He explained things very well and was good to work with, answering my many queries and guiding me through the various stages of the process. Overall, it was a good learning experience for me and I’m happy with the finished product. Jeff Reaney.

Easy to work with , able to get support when needed

Very happy with tech side of things which I couldn’t do. Team needed a little guidance around attention to detail. If you know what you want then Design X Studio can do all the tech stuff and make it happen. I recommend and will continue to use this business.

We have used this company for 2 years now to design our merchandise logos. I could not recommend them higher than 5 stars on here so I give them 15/10. They have gone above and beyond to cater to our needs and never complaining when we ask for a minor change.
Highly highly recommend them. Anything you get them to do for you will be Top Class. And not overpriced!
Thank you goes to you DesignX

I have instructed this company for some artwork and website support. I had the best quote and the quality of work is impressive. I highly recommend Design X Studios. I am really impressed with their work!

I got my website designed by Design X Studio and they delivered exactly what they promised. Kudos to Travis for his brilliant effort and clear communication throughout the project. The site looks clean, loads fast, and matches the vision I shared. Highly recommend if you want a professional website without the hassle.

I have been waiting since end of February for a simple 2 page website. They appear to have no concept on how to do this, or come up with any sort of professional looking page. I feel like I have been hand holding them for 3 months now, with zero outcome. The have definately under performed to the point where I have now sacked them. I don't expect a refund for failure to provide the promised website or service. I just have given up. They can kick rocks as they are totally inferior at providing a simple easy to navigate website. I even gave them multiple sites exactly how I wanted and they still couldn't provide a website that I asked for.
Don't trust them. Don't use them. Certainly don't give them any money. Right proper fools.

🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨
Incompetent is an understatement!!
I sent them a simple design that I had already created using chat gpt. I asked if they could simply make it into a PDF format so I could use it. They said no problems
They promised a 24-48 hour turn around and a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn’t happy.
They then tried to onsell web design which I said to hold off on. They for some reason came back 2 days later with a whole bunch of other designs that were nothing like I asked for. I said all I wanted was my original design. They then came back another 2 days later with a heap of other designs. Again I asked for what I originally asked for. Another day later done the same thing. I asked for a return of my money and they said that I could not have one. They asked for another chance, confirmed everything that I wanted which is what I asked for in the first conversation that we ever had, I said yes and they still came back with an incorrect design. Finally got my design after 6 days of thinking I was getting scammed.
Looked at their google reviews and a lot of stories were the same as mine.
DO NOT USE THEM OR SEND THEM MONEY!!!🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩🚨🚩

Thanks team. It was an easy process sorting out my logo.

Currently working with the design team and the professionals at design x studios to create our website and social media pages for our new business absolutely awesome work so far
They listen to your wants and needs and just make it happen great pricing and customer support. Well done can’t wait to see the final products once released

I think they did a good job on making the picture. I hired them to do. They are a very talented artist

Be warned. This business will not provide you with a full website but just a shell, a template with some stock images and a 5-minute video with no sound. I complained and they added sound but it's a 5-minute video to teach you how to basically do everything. Over the 2 months of dealing with them, they kept asking for more money. I threatened to complain to the ACCC, and they literally threatened to ruin my business, and have lodged false reviews, slandering my products and person.
