I messaged the company as I couldn't get my payment to go through. I think this was more an issue with the bank. I received a fast response and thankfully the payment went through. My watch was dispatched the same day and I was informed of every step. It was well packaged and the delivery was secure with the driver asking for a pin number. Can't fault the quality of the service or the product. Would absolutely recommend.

Ordering was simple and easy but the courier service from DPD was atrocious. Ordered a watch for a birthday present on the 3rd attempt I received it 3 days late!!
The first 2 attempts weren’t even to my address very unhappy and won’t be ordering anything else.

Excellent after sales service
I had bought my watch from Designer Watch Shop in January. Recently, I found out moisture was trapped within my watch and so I contacted the shop online. I received reply in a timely manner. Also, I was given clear instruction to tackle the problem on my own. Nevertheless, the problem was unresolved in the end, so I asked the shop online again. The CS officer John offered me a free return service to fix the problem. My watch was lost in the transit unfortunately I he end even though the return was by UPS. When I went back to the online assistant again, I was offered a new watch to be sent to me again without further queries from the shop. The watch was sent to me using the next day delivery service by which I get back my watch for a conference I need to go to the next.
Can I say, the CS of Designer Watch shop is super!

DPD service
Hi, I can't fault the designer watch shop, they dealt with my purchase professionally, however DPD let the experience down badly I would never deal with them again their driver past my address and made no attempt to deliver the parcel
