Very quickly and efficiently resolved my query, having bought some radiators from them a couple of years ago.

Shocking experience — two faulty radiators, wrong item sent, and then they tried to blame my installer. Avoid this company.

I ordered an Albano radiator. It arrived faulty. They collected it and then sent me a completely different model (Casina) I never ordered. After more chasing, they finally sent the replacement Albano — and unbelievably, that one was faulty too, with a defective threaded port that couldn’t be installed.

After all their mistakes, delays, and incompetence, the retailer then tried to shift the blame onto my installer on 20 July, despite the manufacturer confirming they had to do a manual stock search because of issues with their radiators.
So that’s:
Two faulty radiators
One wrong radiator sent
Wasted time, wasted labour, wasted money
and a retailer who refuses to refund and instead blames everyone else.
I’m now having to raise a Section 75 claim with my bank because they won’t take responsibility for their own defective products.
This company has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Avoid them.

Thank you for your reply. Can I remind you what you said in one of your emails to me "So we are not able to have it back with full refund. Its totally installer fault". Lets just let the credit card company sort it out as you are now breaking consumer law.
Thank you again for your update. Everything stated here reflects the documented timeline and your own written emails. The first Albano you supplied had different faults, the manufacturer then had to manually search their stock to find one without surface flaws (your email stated that), and the second radiator failed in a completely separate way. One thing you haven’t actually done is inspect the radiator itself — every conclusion you’ve given is based solely on a photo, and the internal machining of a radiator cannot be assessed that way. You haven’t offered to inspect it either, despite two faulty units. Blaming the installer while refusing a refund is the position you’ve chosen.

Easy to order via a good website. One packet of items was missed in original delivery but was replaced without fuss. Good communication too. Recommended.

I purchased a designer radiator in April ,which has only just been fitted.
From placing the order to the delivery everything ran smoothly.Upon opening the box there was a few small issues so I contacted DRD immediately and I have nothing but praise for their excellent customer service !
Everyone I dealt with was so helpful & professional,if only all companies were like this !

Chosen radiators were delivered really quickly, unfortunately we discovered minor damage that split the visual appearance.
Spoke with Lex Woods in the customer service department, he was most helpful and understanding of the situation and how this would affect the appearance in our new extension.
Two new radiators were offered and delivered within two days ensuring that our project remained on schedule.
Couldn't have asked for better customer care, looking forward to putting the heating on!!!

Very easy website and when required a fast response from the sales department. Would have been a 5 except I appararently need to examine the goods and report any issues within 2 days and returns should be in the original packaging. Well im not going to start the project for a few weeks and the packaging is mostly plastic wrapping.

Everything went wrong on first order due to a syntax error on Saturday but they rang twice before 9 am and sorted it
Out as the payment came out wrong
The 2nd order valves and radiator came separate found this confusing as do must have sent 5 text and asked me to make a new date as I was out I had been in all day with 2 dogs but he turned up at 5pm so job was brill thanks to the company as it is the staff that makes a company will order again

Easy to order,delivered within timescale, everything there to get fitted. They look great, more compact than my previous radiators and just look modern and sleek. Very well wrapped for delivery, no issues and planning to buy a third for another room.

I did have a very slight issue where two end decorative caps were missing from one radiator made contact with customer support who posted them out promptly special shout out to Dylan Thomas who made this happen.
In summary a very reputable company whose process and procedures are solid. Customer service is second to none the whole team are proud and put the customer as the priority.
