My items did not arrive though they said delivered

Great customer service, good communication and very fast shipping. Unfortunately, I did not care for the taste of the milk, but overall this seems to be a great company and product. I should add, I will be using this for my dogs as a treat as it's a healthy alternative to other milks.

I told you guys ups never delivered, we looked all around the house and up and down our long street. Never heard anything back from you so finally reached out to paypal. Nothing happened UNTIL I REACHED OUT TO PAYPAL! PAYPAL then contacted you guys THEN you reshipped it. There was NO communication from you to me. Bad customer service. And FYI nobody signed for it, we have a camera and can prove it! So I'm not sure whats going on with UPS as well. Whatever the case I contacted your company, UPS and finally paypal. And paypal was the only one that responded. I'm just glad I used paypal to check out otherwise who knows what would have happened. Unfortunately it seems like this kind of thing happens to us more often than not, thankfully paypal has almost always come to the rescue.

Sample was great but the subscription is too expensive.

The milk and Ghee are awesome. This company is fantastic. I will order again when funding permits.

Great and amazing

The order came ice packed and delivery was great. It was my first time ordering camel milk and I found the camel milk is 5 star excellent. I have been using it in on/off days with plant milk for my hot cacao. I also ordered a jar of camel ghee with my order. I never heard of camel ghee before and it's more of an acquired taste which I'm still working on and using it on some foods for cooking. A great company to work with although the products may be a bit pricy.

The camel milk was awesome! Very tasty and creamy! Helped me to get a better sleep and improved my gut.

The shipping experience was poor. Though packaged quite well. The milk was room temp when received. Just praying it’s good. May have to consider ordering the frozen milk if I buy again.

The only reply I have received in 6 weeks when I paid for 2-3 day shipping is on trust pilot. Trust pilot does not allow you to reply. I have sent countless emails. Attempted to chat online most days. Phone number does not work. All my attempts are being ignored. Customer service is absolutely diabolical

Great product and service

Product is great, I have ordered it many times and will do so in the future. However, the delivery was not good. It did not arrive as scheduled, no information as to why, no update from carrier or company.

I am new to that website , so far l am looking for milk for a camel 🐪

I ordered during the Black Friday promotion and was told that as shipping label was created over a week afterwards however UPS says it doesn't have the shipment and I've emailed the company and there is no one replying about when the camel milk kefir will arrive. The lack of communication about when the milk will arrive is disconcerting. I'm wondering if I should just ask for a refund. I don't like not knowing when it will be delivered as it's a milk product.

No delivery since 3 weeks of placing order. No reply to website chat. No reply to email. Phone number doesn't work. This is my last resort in getting any information about my order.
I receive upto 8 emails daily about your promotions yet you're not fulfilling existing orders.
