I love camel milk
I've ordered from this company many times and I've been satisfied with each delivery. when things occur out of their control like late delivery and the product spoils, they immediately fix the issue. All you have to do is show proof through taking a picture and they will send over the product frozen. The milk taste good and makes me feel good.

I ordered over £250's worth of camel milk over a month ago which I haven't received but also have had no communication on, they don't answer the phone numbers given, they don't answer emails & they have this far totally ignored my request for a refund.
Awful company - go elsewhere.

Very poor in terms of shipping
Very poor in terms of shipping. They take days to get the order on time not sure the summer when the weather is hot.The milk tastes good though. Poor customer service.

When shipping, our goal is to make sure all orders are delivered by Friday that week. We got your order on Wednesday and there is no way it would deliver by Friday with ground shipping. Where you are located the order would ship on Monday or Tuesday and deliver by Thursday or Friday. We apologize that ground shipping is longer transit time then 2 days.

I have already ordered the milk online twice. Thank you that the milk was shipped in a timely fashion.
2 concerns:
One is they are not prompt to respond on chat
Secondly, I have a concern about the quantity in the bottles. I did not notice this for my first order.
My son is supposed to take 30 ml which is 1 oz of camel Mille everyday as maintenance food.
So I make small packets of 1oz each and freeze them and use them one everyday.
So I expect I can make 8 packets from one 8oz bottle.
But I was only making 6 packets,
I use syringes given to me by the SoCal TPIRC allergy institute to get the precision.
But even if my measurement has some errors, I should be able to make 7 packets and some left over.
The 8 oz milk bottles do not actually have 8oz in it. Which is a concern to me.

Michelle is such a wonderful personel at Desert Farms!!! From day one, I was given very valuable informations about Camel milk and other Desert Farm products. She has been a very good advocate fir me with the shipping drpartment for my shipment delay and has given me the reassurances of my upcoming shipment.
She is prompt to respond and has been very patient with me… I am an elderly senior and English is not my first language, but Michelle makes that I understand. I am very impressed with her great customer service!

Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered 5 bottles of camel milk a month ago. Still haven't received! Was reassured there was just a delay weeks ago and now i have been emailing dessert farms and they are not responding, called them too and no one answers. Spent over £70 and I have gotten nothing.

Awful service
Good product, absolutely awful service. I was their subscription customer and every time they delayed my order due to one reason or another. On top of that they have extremely poor customer service.
If you or your family rely on camel milk (like me) then look elsewhere as these guys don't care.
