BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. In early August I placed and paid for my order.it never arrived. End of August the company reached out and said the order was lost in the mail. They asked that I send my address again. Early September, still no package. I asked for a refund…no response. October 8, I received an email stating that someone was out sick. They asked for my address again. I asked for a refund again. No reply. I will be contacting the BBB and making a formal complaint!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service. The support email rarely returns emails (last one I got was 11 days ago after daily follow up on my part) and finally got one today it literally says "Best" and that's it! No answer to questions, no confirmation of what I was requesting. I've also used the phone number and it puts me on hold and then always states "busy helping other customers so leave a message" and I do and have yet received a return call or even follow up email. One of my bottles was not sealed so was like it was used and they just filled it up with who knows what. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is simply unacceptable. Ive tried to avoid it but the impossible customer service has just ruined my total experience.

Never received my product and when I contacted customer service, they told me to be patient. After another week went by and I still hadn't received my order, I contacted them again and they marked my email as spam. Despite repeated attempts, my email's were always returned as spam. Buyer beware, they are a scam.

8/6/26 ordered 2 bottles of Eczema & Psoriasis shampoo. 8/14, received Scalp Recovery Shampoo. Sent email requesting correct order. 8/17, Dermoia responded saying correct order being processed. 8/20 sent email requesting update. No response. 8/25 called & forced to leave message. No return call. All I want is the 2 bottles of Eczema & Psoriasis shampoo I paid for.
