You can not fault Dentaverse in Turkey my partner had his teeth done here last year and I went last week for my surgery iv put of getting my teeth fixed as I’m petrified of the dentist but Dentaverse changed that I was put at ease every step of the way from start to finish on my visit I had 24 hour communication whenever I needed it from my anxiety about being in the dentist.I can not fault anyone of the team we was collected straight from the airport and also collected on every visit to the surgery and taken back to our hotel we would highly recommend Dentaverse Turkey to any one thinking of getting any dental work done or implants you can trust the whole team to make you feel so welcome and nothing to be to much for them Abdullah was amazing being there to answer questions or give advice always making sure we we was relaxed in the waiting area getting the prescriptions arranged he truly is one of a kind I would also like to say a huge thankyou to Secil and Metin for being the best surgeons who take pride in there work also thankyou to the brilliant dental assistants Selin and Esra and Abdullahs colleague Ayse thanku to you all for everything

I had some dental work done on the cheap in Antalya about 5 years ago. I got back to the uk and completely regretting what I got done . My teeth didn’t fit my face, they were too white and too unnatural even the teeth were too big.

After doing some research I found Denta verse a family run clinic, and have recently visited for tooth removal/ implants, also full top and bottom crown removal and replacement, I cannot be happier, my teeth look natural have translucent tips and instead of being straight across they have a slight arch to them. I am due to go back in 3 months to . Very happy with them due to having a bad experience at another clinic . I would highly recommend !

honestly can’t recommend Dentaverse in Izmir enough!

I chose Dentaverse because they are a family-run business, and from the very beginning, back in March, I felt I was in safe hands. I dealt with Ezgi, my consultant, who was absolutely brilliant. She was never pushy and always took the time to answer every question I had. She kept me fully informed about the procedures and what to expect right up until the big day when I had my implants done this September.

From the moment we arrived, everything was so well organised. We were picked up from our apartment and dropped back off, and the apartment itself felt like a real home from home.

The clinic is lovely, with a great outdoor space where you can relax, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Abdullah, the patient care coordinator. He takes you through all the paperwork, explains everything clearly and really puts you at ease.

Then there’s Dr Secil, who carried out my procedure. She was extremely professional and her workmanship is second to none. I was expecting some discomfort, but honestly, I didn’t really feel anything apart from pressure, which is to be expected. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything was handled also Dr Metin who makes sure your temporary teeth are perfect for you and your happy with them.

Having Ezgi and Abdullah with me every step of the way, explaining in English what was happening and what was coming next, made such a difference. I also think meeting the team face-to-face in Manchester before travelling made my decision that little bit easier. They were never pushy, they listened to what I wanted, and importantly, they don’t recommend unnecessary work if it isn’t needed — something I think is really important when choosing a dentist abroad.

There were no hidden costs, and everything was explained clearly from the start.

They also have a consultation office in Canterbury, which is run by Hazal, Dr Secil’s sister, so you can meet the team in the UK before travelling.

If you’re thinking about having dental treatment abroad and want to get your smile back, I would honestly say choose Dentaverse. From the first conversation to the treatment itself, I’ve felt looked after every step of the way.

Dentaverse — highly recommended,

Three years ago, I had implant treatment done at Dentaverse. In June2026, the metal framework of my bridge fractured. I contacted Dentaverse by phone to make a warranty claim and was asked to come to the clinic. When I arrived, instead of accepting responsibility, Dentaverse told me that I was the one who caused the damage and that I would have to pay for a completely new bridge. I did not accept this. I continued my treatment at another clinic. There, The bridge was examined, photographs were taken, and I received a written statement from an independent dentist confirming that the damage was not my fault. In addition, I did not receive my implant passport until four years later, and only after repeated requests. I never received complete medical documentation from my surgery either. When I asked Dentaverse about it, I was told that they had not received the documents from the hospital where the surgery was performed. As a result, I still do not have full documentation of my treatment. After I posted my first negative review on Trustpilot, my coordinator warned me about possible legal action. I found this very concerning, especially since I was simply trying to raise legitimate concerns about treatment I had paid for. Everything I have written is supported by evidence. I have photos, written opinions from independent dentists, medical documentation, and copies of my communication with Dentaverse. I am sharing my experience so that anyone considering treatment at Dentaverse can make an informed decision.

This dental practice is absolutely amazing!!I have just got back from my 2nd visit to finish my implant journey. From beginning to end they have been informative, professional and friendly. I was a nervous wreck but they have put everything in place for me to follow my dream of having beautiful teeth. This wasn’t for a vanity reason it was for a quality of life.
Abdullah was my care coordinator and went above and beyond to explain everything and made sure everything was in place.
Berat was my medical consultant and organised everything from beginning to end. A man of many talents!!
DT.Secil was my dentist and did everything in her power to give me the smile I wanted , which she definitely did!
The transfers were always on time to take you there and back. You really don’t have to worry about anything , they sort it all for you.
They also have a consultation office in Canterbury,Kent as Dentaverse Uk.if you need any advise or care which is a bonus.
All these people and more that work there are truly amazing. We started as patients and ended up as friends.
Every single person that I’ve seen on both trips have all been delighted with their end smile and the quality of the work.
These people are definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a genuine, affordable treatment.

My experience from the first visit to my last visit with my husband has been absolutely amazing, there is nothing to fault Dentaverse and everyone that works there. Every single thing was explained so clearly and we were asked at all times if we were ok and happy with everything.

My husband had his teeth done and I had teeth whitening, all I can say is that Seçil, Berat, Abdullah and everyone were just brilliant, nothing was a problem and if we were unsure of something after our appointments they were more than happy to help us via message and would even ask how we were when we saw them again. They are true magicians and have given so much happiness and confidence to both my husband and myself. I cannot thank them enough for everything, we have got the most amazing new friends who we class as our family.

From the moment I contacted Hazel I could tell that this was the dentist of choice for me. She answered every question straight forward and gave me very sound advice which included not having my remaining teeth extracted.
Was treated by Dr Mertin who was absolutely brilliant and every stage of my treatment was explained meticulously by Abdul who’s English is absolutely perfect.
This is a family run business and I certainly felt part of the family who couldn’t do enough to ensure your comfort.

I could not fault dentaverce in any way

The communication was perfect and I didnt even need to chase anyone for anything.

I was informed of my pickup times and shown the driver who will be collecting us.

On arrival withing the first hour was told of pickup times without asking

My dentist was metin and has gave me an amazing smile! All the dentists are perfectionists, my wife had a female dentist secil, so my wife was more comfortable.

My consultant abdullah & medical advisor berat couldnt be more helpfull and very welcoming and friendly.

The proccess we went through was pleasant considering having our teeth shaved down, could not feel one bit of pain at all

I recommened bringing cuppasoup or you can buy soup from the restaurant inside the hotel as you will not be able to eat anything remotely solid as your teeth will be extremely sensitive after.

Bring a bottle aswell with a straw end it will be easier to drink from. And a separate straw for other drinks you want

The hotel we stayed in the kordon is lovely with a rooftop swimming pool. Which you can ask for a hotel with swimming pool if you would like.

Plenty of shops close by with soft drinks snacks etc

The temporary teeth aren't fully comfortable but allows you to talk properly and eat without the sensitivity, dont be worried to tell the dentist if there actually really uncomfortable and if you would like a minor adjustment.

When you have a test run of your permanent teeth they use a mild glue, they will fill slighlty loose but gets you to see what they will look like & any adjustments you feel you need.

Ask questions and concerns there more than happy to help!

Once you get the permanent teeth in they will do minor adjustments and you can feel free to say if you feel anything

All the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and courteous! We felt so comfortable.

WOW… where do I even start?!

From the moment I first contacted Sam, I knew this was where I’d be getting my new teeth done. He was so friendly, answered all 101 of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease from the start.

When we arrived, everything ran so smoothly. While I was having my procedure, Sam stayed with me the entire time to translate everything, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. That level of care and support meant so much and made the whole experience completely stress-free.

The dentist and the two lovely ladies on reception were all so kind and made sure I was comfortable, happy, and well looked after throughout the whole process.

So many people told me not to go to Turkey to get my teeth done, but trust me – it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The prices are amazing for the quality of the treatment, the service, and the aftercare you receive.

I can Definately recommend the Dentaverse Clinic in Izmir Turkey. From my initial conversation with Abdullah regarding the dental work I required he was amazing . Not only is he an excellent care co-ordinator but also a dedicated point of contact. His friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism along with his great communication skills were outstanding. He’s a great asset for Dentaverse. Berat my medical consultant also needs to be mentioned. He was always ready to have a conversation regarding my treatment plan and answer all my questions. My dentist DT Secil Koseoglu was wonderful, her expertise, empathetic and professional manner put me completely at ease and I am now pain free and delighted with the end result, I can’t stop smiling now. I must also mention the organisation of the entire package from pick up from the airport by a very polite and safe driver in a very comfortable limousine and all transfers between airport, hotel and clinic. Transfers always being on time. The hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable with breakfast included. I did like the hotels central location as it enabled us to explore the wonderful sights of Izmir when I was not in the clinic. The entire treatment plan was very well organised and I did like the very personal care I received. So much so that my wife who had travelled out with me decided to have dental work done too. She is very happy with the end result and we would highly recommend. From the moment we landed, every part of this trip exceeded our expectations. My friend had done her homework beforehand, and I’d been asked to come along as her chaperone, especially since we’ve all heard the horror stories about “Turkey teeth.” I can honestly say this experience was nothing like that.

We were greeted at the airport by a lovely driver who took us straight to our accommodation, which was already included in the price my friend paid. As the chaperone, my stay in the twin room was completely free. Breakfast was included each morning, and we simply paid for our own lunches and dinners, which is perfectly reasonable.

The hotel location was ideal, right in the centre, and we were picked up every day at various times depending on the treatment schedule. We met Abdullah, our coordinator, in the hotel lobby, who was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. We also had regular updates from Ezgi, who messaged us throughout the stay to keep us informed about each stage of the treatment. Her communication was excellent and really reassuring.

The clinic itself is spotless. Modern, clean, and professional. Every member of staff was friendly, and their English was excellent, which was a relief, as my Turkish is non‑existent. The whole team made us feel comfortable and well looked after.

This is a family‑run clinic, and you can feel that in the care, warmth, and attention they give. I’ve already recommended them to friends since returning home, and I will continue to do so.

Highly recommend — you won’t be disappointed.

What made my recent dental treatment at DENTAVERSE so satisfactory was the Clinic's combination of professional skill and sensitivity. The surgeon, Dr Metin did excellent work while demonstrating a real concern for my comfort throughout the procedure. His assistant,Aldus Adbullah, who speaks excellent English, wasa calming presence ar every turn. He made surel understood each step of the treatment and helped make me comfortable. I also appreciate the Clinic's completepackageof service, including hotel accommodations limousine transportation to and from clinic the refreshments. I would recommend the team at DENTAVERSE to anyone requiring serious dental work.

The whole experience was wonderful. AbDullah explained everything thoroughly. Nothing was to much for him. He translated the whole procedure step by step.. Dr Secil and Dr Metin were extremely professional and accommodating. I was extremely happy with the whole procedure from flights accomodation . Transport to and from clinic. Very professional.

I got in touch with dentaverse as I had been mucked about in the past hazel was amazing explained everything that will happen due to me having really bad anxiety when I arrived at dentaverse I was greated by secil koseoglu who done my treatment I had 26 teeth out in 2 days and 12 implants put in not a bit of pain had secil all the way to the last day she is incredibly talented mad me feel like one of the family would 100% recommend dentaverse i am over the moon with the end result in still have no pain and can eat perfectly fine what a place

From start to finish they have been fantastic. They have done everything they said they would when I was first quoted they treated me as a human being with total respect. The transfers from and to the airport was great and the same from the hotel to the the clinic. All the staff were very friendly the dentists were great and I honestly felt
NO PAIN at all. I can't honestly speak highly enough of Dentaverse. After writing this review I'm sorry to say i will have to change my mind about them ive experienced a couple of minor problems i contacted them and told them of my issues they said they would come back to me and haven't ive tried to contact them on numerous occasions by phone and text with no reply so the aftercare is absolutely none existent
