My name is Jubair Choudhury, I am from the UK, this Dental Clinic by Dr Ozan Guner, I had two implants and 20 crowns, two visits required, as I had implants to settle for 6 months, I notice the staff very robotic and it seemed like a careless conveyor belt practice, I had many concerns about their own process, and rude staff behaviour and manners, which informed Dr Ozan directly face to face, which informed me won't happen again, 10 days after the job was completed on the second visit, my front two crowns cracked, which was the two implanted front two, nor are they sitting right and just cemented over the metal implants, many alignment issues, including biting issues, the gums on top are smelling as the crowns are not fully closed off, I reported the same right away with pictures, Atilla, Clinic Director, which is the same individual at the first point of contact and taken payments and who arranged the visit and who was rude to me before my first visit, as he wanted to cancel my visit and refund me because asking to many questions, or stop treatment when on chair when here if I carry on asking questions, I was then referred to Cemre Durmus, which is the after care complaints manager, but when I was at the clinic she was very unfriendly and careless, but I didn't know I will have to communicate after with her, as she is the complaints manager and after care manager, rest assured there was no after care from this individual, she is careless and rude, as now this is an official complaint straight after completion, my experience as a whole was not great nor welcoming, I was requested to send pictures of the cracked crowns, also another guy who was dealing with me Emre who was very nice as a human being and accommodating me while I was there and after, who has now left the clinic due to unreasonable workload and practices at their clinic with no pay raise with anti social hours of work required, both Emre and Cemre Durmus, relayed my compliant back Dr Ozan, which right away said please come back, we will pay for your flights, hotel and transfer and redo the job again, Cemre Durmus also suggested flights will be paid due to such instant failure of broken crowns etc, Atilla, Clinic Director, confirmed hotel and transfers included for the same reason everything under warranty and human word, as I have just returned back from Izmir, Turkey, as I was in no position to go back right away, including such inconvenience and distress caused to me, I relayed the same because of these reasons as a whole, and my crowns breaking in 10 days when should last 20 years, I wanted complimentary extra crowns for free namely the back 8 crowns, due to such inconvenience and distress caused to me, after coming back front crowns are cracked visible for everyone to see, as I did the front 20 crowns, I relayed the same to Emre to tell Dr Ozan, which relayed the same and to note everything on file which has been agreed, Dr Ozan said to Emre tell him is fine just come, we will sort everything, also it was mentioned Atilla, Clinic Director at the point of payment I was getting 10 years guarantee, but in fact after completion was given 8 years guarantee, by Cemre Durmus, but my payment invoice receipt suggested 10 years, again they make things up as they please, fast forward 3 years now, with the same broken crowns and such anxiety going back, made contact with the clinic again, to suggest the previous communication and complaint, Cemre Durmus can't remember anything, nor does she mention my name within communication or checks my file, like a factory reply one size fits all, on impulse she is asking for pictures again, and back tracking all agreed resolution, now suggesting hotel is not covered and making all excuses you can imagine like I am not welcomed nor apologising for such inconvenience and distress, then asking for screen shots of previous conversation which I sent and even her own human word she can't remember, all neglected with dishonest impulsive careless human behaviour which is very two face and offers zero integrity nor honour, I now want the whole world to witness my experience with this clinic, who do not care about patient loyalty and trust experience or journey, and only driven by capitalism with fake human behaviour with zero interpersonal connection and just a conveyor belt practice like we are not human beings who follow faith and trust in words including the principle of the circumstances, when things go wrong you go the extra mile, nor neglect your duty of care or now not honoring what you have already promised, this is disgusting human behaviour, I have witnessed from this clinic from immaturity to lack of real life education including no humility nor sincerity, I want justice I am a human being not a parcel, I follow morals and dignity not just capitalism, Ramadan Mubarak.

Recomendo a Clinic OG. Excelentes instalações, funcionários super competentes e simpáticos e sobretudo, médicos dentistas muitissimo competentes. No meu caso o Dr Salih foi de uma competência ímpar. Bom acompanhamento pelo Dr Ozan e o meu tradutor Mehmet muito atencioso.
Se pretendem um trabalho de excelência é nesta clínica. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Contudo no início do processo aconselho a clarificarem todas as condições do tratamento e das condições da viagem com o SR Horácio e que sejam completamente transparentes, claras e sem meias informações mascaradas.

Hallo an alle. Ich möchte gerne eine Bewertung für die OG Dental Clinik in Izmir abgeben. Vielleicht wird das hilfreich sein für Leute, die sich noch entscheiden die Zähne zu machen. Erstens war diese organisatorischer Strees weg, man musste nur die Flugkarten besorgen und die Daten weiter geben. Bei OG Dental Clinik lief alles reibungslos. Wenn ich schon denke in Deutschland kann ein Zahn bis zu 3 Mal behandelt werden, dann braucht man schon drei Termine. Implantate habe ich auch in Deutschland machen lassen. Vorteil: Krankmeldung, Kosten: ein Zahn 2500 Euro. Das ist gar kein Vergleich mit Dental Clinik. Alles innerhalb 5 Tage: 6 Implantate daraus 12 Zähne und das alles hat fast gekostet wie zwei Zähne in Deutschland. Man darf nicht vergessen, die Implantate bleiben lebenslang im Kiefer bzw.im Gebiss drin. Die Clinik gibt Garantie für 8 Jahre, aber ich bin der Meinung, lebenslang. Nun etwas zu Unterkunft und Service: wer bekommt ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit Frühstück so wie Transfer Flughafen Hotel und wieder zurück, kostenlos? Ich hätte nicht geglaubt, aber ich habe es selbst erlebt. Nach der Operation habe ich leider meine Medikamente irgendwo verloren. Nachdem ich mein Problem gemeldet habe, innerhalb halbe Stunde waren meine neue Medikamente schon im Hotel. Das ist ein Service. Jeden Tag vor dem Termin bekommt man eine Nachricht für den nächsten Termin. Personal beherrscht alle möglichen Sprachen. Man bekommt bei jeder zahnärztlichen Behandlung einen Dolmetscher. Das ist ein Service!!!Wirklich Bravo an die alle Mitarbeiter der Dental Clinik.

I had my first visit at Dental Clinic Turkey with Dr. Ozan Guner, and I can honestly say the experience was excellent and beyond my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized — from the reception staff to the doctor and the entire medical team. A special thank you to the translator team, especially Mrs. Adriana and her team, who were absolutely exemplary: kind, patient, and very professional.

The quality of the services is outstanding, and most importantly, you can truly feel the warmth, care, and genuine concern for the patient at every step.

I felt safe, respected, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professionalism combined with human warmth and compassion.

Confesso que os receios de fazer uma viagem para longe, para resolver um problema de dentes, me assustou sempre até que alguns amigos meus o fizeram e os resultados falaram por si. Ouvia falar do Horácio, que foi a ponte entre os dois países, e a segurança que senti começou a ganhar força. Percebi quando o conheci que tinha tudo para correr bem e assim aconteceu. Desde a saída de Portugal ao regresso. Reforçar as instalações fantásticas da clínica, a equipa que é de uma simpatia ímpar, o jardim, o conforto dos batidos. As viagens asseguradas em conforto e o hotel onde nos fazem sentir plenos. Os tratamentos são cuidadosos e nada disto seria possível sem a sinergia fantástica entre todos os envolvidos. Foi também muito bom ter um português como o Horácio que nos faz sentir acompanhados do princípio ao o fim. Voltaria só para vos visitar e poder recordar a estadia e todos vocês .

I recently visited OG Dental Clinic and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The clinic is immaculate and has a calming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and comfortable.

Dt. Ozan and Dt Atakan and also the surgery that has done the bone augmentation and implants was thorough in explaining the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The treatment was gentle and efficient, and I felt minimal discomfort. I was particularly impressed with the advanced technology used, which made the process quick and precise. Professionalism and innovation at its best! Well done, team 🙏

Nevertheless I must recommend the consultants, Adriana, Alex and Mihai which lead every step and supported us through our journey in here. I must say my only regret is not having it done before.
