Update:

Dental Sky subsequently contacted me to apologise and sent me an additional product from their own stock next day delivery and free of charge.

They have also provided an explanation regarding why I never received the item (see below).

So the only remaining issue is the lack of response to my emails, which they have also apologised for (see below again).

This kind of thing can happen, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, hence the updated review and rating.

Original:
I completed the form to claim a third product having bought two almost 3 months ago and still have not received anything.

I have contacted Dental Sky multiple times to ask them for confirmation that they submitted the form to the manufacturer. They only bothered to reply once and did not confirm that they had submitted the form.

My question:
Please would you confirm that the form was submitted to the manufacturer and, if possible, give me an idea of when I will receive the additional tube?

Their response:
These items come directly from the manufacturer, which entails a 4-6 week wait unfortunately.

Misunderstanding? Perhaps, but the fact they've ignored my emails ever since suggests it was deliberate.

You could have had a repeat customer because the product is good. luckily for me I've found one of your competitors who do a legit buy two get one free deal for about the same price as you do your buy two wait months and get nowt deal.
