When going to a solicitorit its always…
When going to a solicitorit its always a last resort and always stressful. When dealing with you the important thing you did was 'listen' people are usually at a very low point and most situations are never straightforward. You get directed to GDC who quite frankly do not actually help the victim.the person I dealt with was empathetic but at the same time managing to get the correct information needed for them to make an informed decision.

Good and Fair
Good experience- this firm kept me updated and helped me to win my case ultimately. Their terms were clearly defined from the outset and they ensured I understood every aspect of things.
I am happy to report that 70% of something is so much better than 100% of nothing. I would engage their services again if necessary. James Webster was professional yet friendly and always encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions at all.
