My claim was accepted a few days ago but I am still waiting for the paperwork to sign.

I phoned yesterday (Friday) and was told the paperwork would not be sent today it will be next week sometime. No indication when.

I had an issue with my Dental treatment where I felt things had not been done correctly, I decided to contact the dental Law Partnership, and had the pleasure with dealing with Tim, I was kept updated and never felt out of the loop, it did take a long time but I am happy with the outcome, if you have experienced issues with dentists or treatment please contact this company.

On 1st contact i wasn't available to speak, no problem, please ring back when your available.
I rung back and spoke to Nicky in lengh about my predicament.
She calmly asked about my experience, taking notes as we went along. Very professional.

I received a phone call within the hour regarding my claim and the service was brilliant. Everything was dealt with in a calm and timely manner. The receptionist who I spoke with was very helpful and polite and reassuring. Email was sent and all correspondence sent off for a review and then I was contacted again to confirm acceptance.

During an upsetting and distressing time, the representative made me feel comfortable and listened to.

The staff i have spoken to have been very sympathetic and understanding & always seem happy to help & answer any questions, They have accepted my case & hopefully i will get a good outcome. Phone & emails are also always answered very quickly.
