Excellent value for money. What I did not like is requirements to make photo and I think one X ray scan for me was extra, no need. Also though I appreciate free transfer within 30 km from the office, it would be nice to have option to pay for extra distance, as for me trip to clinic from Chamyuva to Antalya took almost 2 hours.

I researched many companies before deciding on Dentakay for my treatment.
Despite having a dental plan drawn up in England and Dentakay pricing off that upon initial examination it turned out my plan was unsuitable and i was advised to have full extraction and All On 6 implants which did cost considerably more than I was expecting.
However they did their best to accommodate my budget and I decided to go ahead.
Please be under no illusion.
This is a major undertaking and should be thought about carefully.
I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and 17 other extractions.
I then had 6 implants placed in each Jaw.
This was on the first day.
Whilst there was little pain it was messy and there was bruising and swelling.
Be prepared for this.
They then fit you with 1 day teeth, do a CAD scan and send you on your way until the final day when you have your 3 month temporary teeth fitted.
You have to return and this visit is paid for separately upon you do.
The staff are friendly, the equipment is modern and everywhere is spotlessly clean.
I am happy with my result so far.
I went for a natural colour as I do not want Turkey Teeth but when I choose my new ones in 3 months I will go a little whiter.
Accommodation was lovely, all inclusive but i ate and drank very little for obvious reasons.
Appointments, you are usually kept waiting beyond your time, but it is a comfortable space with drinks provided.
Transport was good, nice friendly drivers but again you can be kept waiting for your return after your appointments
I have been as honest as I can with my review.
Would I recommend Dentakay? Definitely.
Do they have room for improvement in some areas? Yes
Would I go through it again knowing what I know now? Yes

I don’t even know where to start! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be left in constant pain. AFTERCARE HAVE RUINED EVERYTHING.

Firstly I’d like to state, 95% of the good reviews are because when you have finished your initial treatment they pressure you whilst you’re still at the clinic to leave a review before leaving. At this point you’re still pain free from all the meds.

So I had crowns fitted and 2 implants. As expected the cost you are quoted before you arrive and the cost you are given when you are there are completely different, with the cost you are quoted whilst there being significantly higher.

Fast forward to 6 months after the crowns and implants being fitted. I could slowly feel a toothache coming on in my lower jaw where the crowns were fitted. I reported it to aftercare who kept telling me they’ll get back to me and didn’t so I left a bad review. Within 24 hours after leaving a bad review someone contacted me and offered me free treatment and hotel stay for my aftercare if I took the review down. I did.

On the day of my flight from the UK I messaged the team to let them know I’m on my way and to confirm everything. I was told nothing had been booked and that they can book me a hotel room and transfers to and from the clinic but it would come at a cost to me. Of course I pushed back on this. The finally agreed that it was their error and would book me into a hotel and everything would be sorted before I arrived.

I arrived. Got to the hotel and nothing had been booked. The hotel reception staff kept trying to call Dentakay but could not get through. Luckily he had a room available. He took me to the room as soon as he opened the door a cockroach ran across the room. I tried to contact Dentakay to say this is unacceptable they were dismissive and very unhelpful. As I had no choice I had to stay at this hotel. PLEASE NOTE: when you are a new patient they’ll put you up in the Falcon hotel. If you require aftercare because something has gone wrong they put you in Quality Gold hotel. They do not mix new patients and returning patients that have had issues. Everyone they had sent to quality gold hotel had massive issues with their teeth and everyone was in a lot of pain and not happy with Dentakay AT ALL.

The hotel staff were lovely, they managed to move my room. With NO help from Dentakay.

My first appointment. I told the clinic I need a root canal. He said I didn’t. So he took my crowns off and said they were slightly too big and once changed the problem will go away.

The next day I went back to have the new crowns fitted, I repeated that I needed a root canal. He called the ‘root canal specialist’ who said I didn’t need one.

So with exposed and extremely sensitive teeth he stuck the news ones on which was agonising. So much so I had to have an injection in my bottom to stop the pain.

While I was in agony, they were pressuring me to have a photo of my teeth. I said no not right now I’m in agony and that while my teeth might look good, they don’t feel good. Another staff member came up to me and then said my mouth guard is ready but I can’t have it unless I have the picture taken, so of course I had to agree.

I got home today in more pain than I was in before because they didn’t do the root canal I said I needed. Now I’m left here in pain.

It’s clear the reason they didn’t want to do the root canal is because they offered me ‘free treatment’.

I’m in agony and I don’t know what to do.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PACE AT ALL COSTS.

I referred three people to this clinic as initially I thought it had gone well. They will be cancelling their trips and appointments.

ITS NOT WORTH IT. I know have to find a new clinic just to fix something that was a minor issue and has now developed into agony.

To add to this later in the day, I have been requesting my X-rays from Dentakay for an urgent appointment in the uk all day and they have been reading my messages and are completely ignoring me. I’ve been calling their “London” office which is just a messaging service, every single number I can find for them and they are completely and obviously not responding. I landed less than 12 hours ago from seeing them and my face is swelling up.

Another clue of how bad they are is they have taken off comments on their instagram.

Trustpilot, please start allowing file uploads so I can upload the communication with Dentakay to allow people to make an informed decision based on REAL reviews and screenshot evidence.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Update: still no response despite a swollen face and agonising pain. I’ve spent the day trying to get hold of them and nothing. I was told by the London office someone would call me back today urgently and still nothing

I had a lot of dental work done here over 2 vist and to be fair I couldnt fault the service, the work and price. I absolutely love my new teeth and the difference it has made for me personally is fantastic. Thank you

Had the best experience here! From start to finish everything was so organised and the staff were great. So happy and so supportive. After having a fear of the dentist these guys completely made me feel so relaxed and taken care of. I am so happy with my smile❤️

I have just finished my dental work at Dentakay Antalya and I honestly couldn’t be any happier. I had a full implant procedure & chose the 2nd whitest colour Option & I would go as far as to say it’s been life changing. The most common response I have received from my family & friends are “wow, they are so real looking “. Would say it’s probably the best money I’ve ever spent.
From the initial consultation with Erick, who became like a friend to me with his constant reassurance & answering all my questions/ worries/ concerns no matter what time of the day it was in Turkey (3 hours ahead of UK) over a 4-5 month period, to most importantly the young superstar dentist Nuray who carried out 95% of the work on me. She is incredible. An artist at work but all carried out with humility & reassurances. Nuray simply wouldn’t stop until she was absolutely 100% satisfied with my teeth. I will forever be indebted to young lady.
Even the Dentakay drivers in their smart Mercedes SUV that ferry you back & forth from the hotel to the dentist (which in itself is a beautifully designed building) are so accommodating, letting me jump out to drop & collect my dry cleaning .
The hotel that Dentakay placed me in was the Falcon hotel. It’s fantastic. The all inclusive food & drink package is the best I’ve ever experienced & the rooms are smart & modern cleaned daily by a fantastic maid.
The only advice I would give anyone thinking of having work done on their teeth is to have a scan done here in the UK , then send it over to Dentakay to get a more accurate quote. A quote supplied over a few photos of inside your mouth can be inaccurate. For what I spent I can say with my hand on my heart, I can see where every penny went. A huge amount of time & skilled dentistry was spent on me.
I would 100% recommend Dentakay to anyone who is thinking of making the big step (two of my friends are already in the process of talking to Erick)

I recently traveled from the United States to Dentakay for a full-mouth implant consultation and treatment. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for.

The dental team completed a thorough examination, including reviewing my CBCT scan and performing a detailed in-person evaluation before recommending my treatment plan. I appreciated that they took the time to explain my options and answer my questions without making me feel rushed.

Everyone I interacted with—from the reception staff to the dentists and assistants—was professional, friendly, and attentive. Transportation arrangements and scheduling were handled smoothly, making the entire experience much less stressful than I expected.

Although my treatment is still in progress, my experience with Dentakay so far has been very positive. Based on the care, professionalism, and organization I've experienced during my visit, I would recommend Dentakay to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey.

Ich habe mich nach langem hin und her für Dentakay entschiede. Wurde auch nicht enttäuscht. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist der gestiegene Preis, es musst zwar mehr gemacht werden aber naja. Sonst war echt alles super. Da ich Angstpatient bin/war wurde mir Dämmerschlaf angeboten was auch super funktionierte. Keine Scherzen nach der OP und auch die Tage danach nicht (15 Zähne entfernt und 12 Implantate + 1 Sinuslift). Alles extrem geschwollen, jetzt nach einer Woche keine Schmerzen und Schwellung so gut wie weg. Der Transfer, das Hotel, der Flug alles top 👍🏻 Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Janus, ohne ihn wäre ich nicht gegangen… sehr fürsorglich, immer ein offenes Ohr, einfach super… weiter so. Freue mich auf das Endergebnis im Dezember mit natürlich weiterem Feedback hier. Joachim

Everyone was professional from start to finish. I could not have wished for kinder people, bearing in mind, I'm terrified of the dentist.

I have had an amazing experience from start to finish of my first visit. Clay was absolutely brilliant on settling my worries, and also keeping me informed. My booking ran exactly as he informed me.
Everyone at the clinic have been super, and I also give a thank you to the guys who pick us up and drive us around.
I look forward to seeing you again in September for my return

Après 2 ans j'ai perdu les 4 implants de devant en haut, malgré que j'ai prévenu et fais visio ou l'on m'a dit que rien n'était suspect.
De plus les facettes d en bas se décollent.
Que des problèmes depuis que je suis allé chez eux. J'avais un meilleur sourire avant avec mes dents pourri que maintenant où il y en a plus.
Vraiment un établissement a fuir.

Laith my medical coordinator arranged everytning perfectly. I am a very nervous patient requiring full sedation and travel arrangement un impeached. All of my questions were answered. The medical team and my direct assistant Sila were very accommodating and Dr Akyut was awesome. 🙌. The transport team all had great energy and could sense your feelings and helped relax you on their journeys. Nad being one of the stand out Drivers for me. Dentakay Antalya
