Alors la clinique les docteurs ainsi que les soins je n'ai rien a dire la dessus c'est vraiment top.

Par contre attention car on ne paie jamais ce qu'on nous dis au debut, je dois y retourner une 3eme fois a cause d'un mauvais diagnistique de leur part lors de mon premier rdv, jusque la pas de soucis. Sauf que le devis augmente de 1000 euros et bien sur ils ne veulent pas prendre en charge le vol ou l'hotel. c'est pas ce qu'on nous dit au debut. Donc la je me retrouve a devoir payer les soins l'avion l'hotel ...

Il faut tres ferme des le debut car sinon on a des mauvaises surprises ...

I had a great experience with Dentakay. The whole package from pre visit, through easy transportation included, hotel included, with breakfast and dinner, the expertise of work carried out, the hours these people work with a smile, the full description of the work needed, the aftercare information, it all makes the whole experience easier. I now have teeth I can feel good about. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I hope I don't need to use them again but if my teeth needed work I would first consider Dentakay.

I have just finished my treatment and I have got to say the results are amazing, the whole process was professional friendly and everything was explained before hand. This place really does changes lives can’t fault any of the staff at all.
If I was going to be petty and give some negative feedback I would say I was disappointed I didn’t receive a aftercare pack like I know some of the other dental clinics give , I was expecting toothpaste toothbrush and some goodies after spending a lot of money but apart that everthing else was great 👍🏼 would definitely recommend highly

Je n'en suis qu'à la 1ere étape , 17 extractions dues à de mauvaise occlusion.Pose de 10 implants.les professionnels de dentakay ont répondus à toutes mes questions .j'ai pu écouter ma musique pdt les extractions et la pose des implants .Je suis conte de ma prise en charge . J'y retourne pour la pose des définitives .je vous en dirait plus . Merci

Je suis passée pendant 2 jours o urgences et on a fait des radios il s est avéré que Dentakay m a cassé la racine d une dent saine.

J étais de base juste partie pour des implants en haut et ils m ont limé les dents du bas , arraché 2 dents en bas et dévitalisée une dent et c là qu ils ont cassé la racine.

Dc l hôpital m a dit que j allais perdre ma dent évidemment la racine est cassée !

Ils te font des soins inutiles sur des dents saines tt ça pour payer plus d argent c degueulasse !

Là je me drogue au médicament, tellement la douleur est insoutenable, je suis épuisée et déçue de dentakay.

Je leur faisait confiance !

Une fois l argent 💸 encaissée dentakay ne repond même plus! Je vais prendre un avocat.

Faites attention les dents c du sérieux !

Par contre je rajoute que les commentaires sur internet sont complètement faussés, juste après l opération le collaborateur te prends ton portable va sur le site et met 5 étoiles, et prends en photo oui oui c du réel et toi t dans les vapes à cause de l anesthésie.
Il m a même demander d aller sur Facebook pr qu il puisse faire pareil et là jlui ai dit que j avais pas Facebook ! G tt effacé de suite parce que j ai pas trouvé ça correct!

J ai mis des commentaires sur leurs pages pour avertir les gens en expliquant le problème et de faire attention, ils ont tt effacé !

Been messaging them every day for 6 months and still nothing has been sorted, there is no customer care the just ignore you all theu want is more money for problems they have caused these are amateurs at dentistry don't be fooled by there fake reviews, I have every single bit of proof what they are like message me on Facebook and il show you how bad they are

Really good treatment with excellent dentists. Comfortable clinic and overall a really good experience. Highly recommendable and I am looking forward to my 2nd visit later in the year.

I am happy with the work done so far on my teeth. I am in the process of my gums healing now until my next visit in November.
Everything has been professionally done ,I look forward to the next stage of my treatment 😀

Mon expérience avant mon arrivée chez Dentakay

J’étais initialement prête à venir chez Dentakay et j’avais même déjà payé un acompte de 100 €.

Malheureusement, après le paiement, la communication est devenue très difficile. Je communiquais principalement avec une personne appelée Victor. Dès le début, j’ai trouvé que les explications étaient insuffisantes et que mes questions restaient souvent sans réponse. J’avais également demandé à pouvoir communiquer en arabe, mais on m’a expliqué que le service était disponible uniquement en espagnol et en anglais.

À plusieurs reprises, j’ai posé des questions importantes concernant le traitement et le montant final, mais je n’ai pas obtenu de réponses claires. On m’a également parlé d’une réduction de 450 € si le billet d’avion était acheté par la clinique, puis de 300 €, et finalement de seulement 200 € si j’achetais moi-même mon billet. Cette situation m’a laissée assez perplexe.

J’ai ensuite demandé clairement si le montant convenu était bien le prix final, mais je n’ai pas obtenu de réponse satisfaisante.

Avant de réserver mon voyage, j’ai pris le temps de lire plusieurs avis négatifs concernant la clinique. Cela m’a inquiétée et j’ai finalement décidé de ne pas me précipiter et de prendre le temps de réfléchir davantage avant de partir.

J’ai également demandé le remboursement de mon acompte de 100 €, mais je n’ai malheureusement pas reçu de réponse à ce sujet jusqu’à présent.

Je partage simplement mon expérience personnelle, car je pense qu’avant de dépenser une somme importante et de voyager pour des soins dentaires, il est essentiel d’avoir des réponses claires, une bonne communication et toutes les informations nécessaires.

Heureusement, je n’avais pas encore acheté mon billet d’avion. Avec le recul, je suis contente d’avoir pris le temps de réfléchir avant de partir.

I arranged my treatment with Dentakay from abroad after sending all my X-rays and photographs for a remote medical assessment. A complete treatment plan was agreed upon, which included extractions, sinus lift, and implant replacements, and I paid an initial deposit of €780.

However, once I arrived at the clinic in Istanbul after traveling, they refused to carry out the agreed procedure, claiming the case was suddenly too complex—something they should have identified during the initial evaluation.

I was left without any dental treatment, the clinic refused to refund my €780 deposit, and I lost all the money spent on flights and hotel accommodations. They failed to honor the initial assessment and left an international patient stranded without care or financial resolution. Be extremely cautious before making payments or traveling here.

The quotation and all the procederes that were going to be done , were authorized by one of the owner of the clinic Dr Gülay Akay… this situation was complete understandable and non professional , they acted as a unprofessional with no profesional ethic.

The whole process of my treatment was dealt with great excellence from All Staff n Dentist.
So pleased with the total outcome.

The organisation of visit spot on, the shuttle service was on time everytime, hotel was fab, all staff at Dentakay were so helpful, treatment was prompt and painless, can't wait for 2nd visit for completion..... I would recommend to all to speak with Dentakay before signing up with others

Я выбрала Dentakay после того, как мне прислали план лечения стоимостью7252 евро и письменно заверили, что скрытых расходов нет, а возможные дополнительные работы будут незначительными. Перед поездкой я перевела клинике предоплату в размере250 евро. После этого были организованы перелёт, трансфер и проживание. После моего приезда стоимость лечения увеличилась до 12 600 евро, что стало для меня неожиданностью. Я являюсь человеком с инвалидностью и передвигаюсь в инвалидной коляске. После длительного перелёта я просила организовать трансфер до гостиницы, но, по моим ощущениям, вместо этого на меня начали оказывать давление, называли разные суммы к оплате и требовали деньги за трансфер. Когда мы решили уехать, менеджер выбежал за нами и сказал, что если мы не заплатим, у нас будут большие проблемы. Позже я обнаружила, что мой обратный авиабилет был аннулирован без какого-либо предупреждения, хотя он был куплен на деньги от моей внесённой предоплаты 250 евро. Они зная, что я инвалид, сделали такое.У меня есть переписка, подтверждающая первоначальную стоимость лечения и отсутствие скрытых расходов. Я делюсь исключительно своим личным опытом. После этого я не могу рекомендовать эту клинику. Советую заранее получать все договорённости в письменном виде и внимательно относиться к любым изменениям условий после приезда, а лучше бегите от этой клиники по дальше

I had my teeth done elsewhere they won’t leave stop calling me harassing me it’s a call centre pushing for sales they are the most untrustworthy ruthless people in turkey avoid !

Unfortunately, our experience with Dentakay has become extremely disappointing. The problems started during our first visit and are continuing now while we are trying to arrange the second stage of my treatment.
Before travelling to Istanbul, we received a PDF treatment plan/contract containing information about two treatment stages, prices, hotel accommodation and related services. I have kept this document and screenshots of our correspondence.
During our first visit, however, the financial situation became increasingly confusing. At one point, the amount requested was approximately €2,000 higher than what we had expected based on the previous documents and discussions.
For almost three days we repeatedly requested a complete itemised breakdown showing exactly what was performed, on which tooth and at what price. Instead, we were mainly given total amounts. Eventually, I stated clearly that we would not leave for the airport until we received a complete itemised calculation and our treatment documentation. Only then did we finally receive the documents.
Another concern was the way documents were presented for signature. In our experience, this was often done in a hurry, with many important fields still practically blank. We initially received only one copy. Yet Dentakay's own documentation states that patients have the right to be informed about their treatment, procedures and costs. I have retained this document as well.
Because my treatment involved implants, I also requested my implant passports and the original implant packaging and personally checked that the identification numbers matched. I strongly recommend that other international patients do the same.
Following the problems during our first visit, Dentakay manager Abdullah Nooruddin spoke with my husband and proposed arrangements for our second trip as a gesture of reconciliation.
We live in Austria and have a minor daughter. Our parents live in other countries, so we cannot simply leave our daughter behind. Only I require the second stage of dental treatment, and travelling as a family was specifically discussed.
We then received written confirmation stating:
2 flights without baggage
1 flight with baggage
Total: €735
4 nights at one of Dentakay's partner hotels
€100 discount on my second visit
Relying on this agreement, we purchased the flights almost immediately while still in Istanbul and organised our family plans accordingly.
Now, while arranging the second visit, we are being given a different interpretation.
Our current contact person, Selena, repeatedly tells us that we must pay the difference between a single and double room for four nights and the full cost of the fifth night because this is company policy.
Despite sending documents, explaining the history and asking specific questions, we receive essentially the same response repeatedly. The replies became so repetitive that I even asked whether I was communicating with a real person or an automated system.
We are not refusing to pay legitimate costs. We have even proposed a compromise and are prepared to pay €219 in order to resolve the matter and continue my treatment peacefully.
The issue is no longer simply a few hundred euros. It is about financial transparency, communication and whether a patient can rely on written conditions provided by a clinic.
I want to be fair: I am not saying that Dentakay's medical work as a whole is bad. My concerns relate primarily to organisation, financial transparency, documentation and communication.
We still hope Dentakay management will review the documents and resolve this fairly. If they do, I will update this review accordingly.
My strongest advice to future patients is: get EVERYTHING in writing before paying. Request an itemised treatment plan, individual prices, hotel and travel conditions, discounts and additional costs. Keep every invoice, payment receipt, contract and important message. Do not sign documents containing important blank fields or documents you do not fully understand. If you receive implants, obtain your implant passports and available product documentation.
Had we not kept our correspondence and documents, understanding the different amounts today would be considerably more difficult.
Keep everything. Check everything. Demand transparency before you pay.
