I have bought clothing from them for a while now. Their pricing is always excellent. They always get the item ordered shipped quickly. And I find their customer service to be excellent. You must realize there is a time difference with Japan, so be aware when you send an email about a query. I will continue to use them as they are excellent.

Excellent service! I ordered a size 40 denim jacket and decided I needed a size 42 instead. I contacted customer service and they were able to exchange sizes just before shipping !
