This company has pretended to be from the United States. This company is actually from Sparkhill Birmingham UK real business IY Fashions. They have been reported to UK trading standards. You pay for high quality but receive cheap tack from china. I ordered a beautiful dress but it came as tacky material. I have researched, who owns IY Fashions who are pretending to be Deloxusa and have names which have been provided to UK Trading Standards.

They only got 1 star because I had no choice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY.
The company website I used clearly states they are a company in Uk.
They are not and long distance trading laws are in effect so theres not much legally to be done.
This is the way of the world, NO HONESTY.

I ordered a white fox cherry hoodie from them £48 and after a great deal of messing about and it not arriving for 3 weeks.it was chase chase chase . Very poor communication all the way through the wait
eventually it did arrive but it's a dupe. I managed after a lot of chasing to get a refund but it was hard work and took a long time

I know it's a dupe because I purchased the same item from white fox boutique and the two items are so different in quality the deluxusa being shocking and clearly a dupe . They sold this to me as a white fox original hoodie!
I will definitely be reporting to trading standards

Company is a SCAM. I ordered a shirt from them and when it finally arrived A MONTH later, it was extremely cheaply made and the wrong size (even though it was marked correctly). Their website claims that returns are free and "no cost to consumer," but when I tried to return the item I got the run-around. First they wanted me to send them photos of the item, then they only offered me partial discounts on an item I did not want. Then they claimed that I would have to pay shipping to return it to CHINA (even though they have an address in Great Britain). Even though their website clearly states that return shipping is FREE. BEWARE -- Chinese scam!

I have received my parcel, (mens shoes), and am very happy with the quality of the leather and polished look.
I didn't realise this was a Chinese supplier, and did have to chase the company in relation to delivery times. It is worth saying this took longer than I expected( 25 days) but I could see the progress via WanB Express. However my queries were answered by Deloxusa and it was very polite and courteous.
I would say that you need to allow perhaps 3 weeks if you need your order for a specific date, but was a good company to deal with and delivery times could be improved.

Do not buy from this company. I will be adding a review every day until I get my trainers which will be going back.

Don’t bother. I bought a new Winter coat being attracted by the quality and design of coat with the additional bonus of 2-3 days delivery. You can imagine my amazement that as time went on, no delivery. Having chased - my concern I was being scammed. 5 weeks later, it has arrived and having spent £75 (yes £75), the quality is poor. It’s shapeless, low-grade fabric, thin material which will not keep me warm and not stylish at all.
I would have been better off ordering from one of the SE Asian companies (which this seems the poor relation of) but I wanted to invest in a quality decent coat. Read the reviews beforehand and don’t bother with them.

I was bit concerned after reading the reviews re Deloxusa and even more so after it taking nearly a month to deliver the trainers i had ordered.But they arrived today and were of very good quality!

I ordered a jacket for my husband and it doesnt fit they told me to send photos of it so I would receive instructions so I could send it back but when I did email not recognised. I wanted a full refund it took 4 weeks to arrive as well. How do I contact this company now. It cost £75 pound very poor quality as well.

If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. Scam company operating out of a low rent Asian womenswear shop somewhere in Birmingham. Do a google street search. Illuminating! Wished I’d done this before I ordered a pair of running shoes. Three weeks in and no update whatsoever for a product I now know will never come. Do not do business with this outfit. A complete con!

Fake goods from China. Have requested a refund and will be contacting trading standards.

Place is a scam or it takes forever to get product. Not worth the few $ savings. Get from a reputable company and not this hack site.

I appreciate the transparency of this company from the very start. Even during their busy days, I understand that the late delivery was not their fault but the couriers. They handled the situation very well and professionally.
They also offered me a discount after I sent photos and allowed me to keep the items. Thank you deloxusa.com! 😊

I ordered a birthday gift for my son at the beginning of Feb but unfortunately it didn't get delivered through no fault of theirs. They've processed my refund and I couldn't be happier.
The customer service i have received from start to finish has been outstanding. I will definitely order again and be happy to wait.

The product I bought, or thought I had bought was a White Fox 2 piece tracksuit. The first alarm bells were when I realised the item was being imported. When it arrived it was clearly a poor quality, counterfeit. I contacted Deloxusa.com and they did not deny it; they offered to send me another item free of charge amongst others options. So in short, don’t buy from here if you trying to buy genuine branded items. The goods are knock offs.

UPDATE: 3 weeks and 1 day after ordering, my Hoka running shoes finally arrived today, and I’m delighted as they appear genuine!
The seller explained that they had to dispatch direct from China as they had sold out at their store in Birmingham. Had that been explained earlier I wouldn’t have cancelled by bank cards as I suspected I’d been scammed.
Anyhow, I’m happy now 😊

Scam Site. All appeared well until I received confirmation of purchase email. My computer software immediately alerted me that this email was not the same and suspected it to be fraudulent. I phoned the Birmingham address phone number and was redirected to an international number which immediately hung up on me. No response to my emails either. Contacted RBS who confirmed it was a scam. Sadly nothing can be done and this scam online clothing shop remains open…..
UPDATE: Have just received a response email from this company purporting to be genuine and apologising for the delay, which they put down to “ high volume of orders and inventory processing”. I am still highly sceptical and not over confident that my running shoes will arrive as my bank continues to believe it’s a well orchestrated scam. If the order DOES arrive I shall update this post accordingly 🙏
UPDATE: 2 weeks have passed and still nothing. Keep receiving tracking updates, apologising for delay due to over demand of product ( they said it was posted immediately when I purchased). Seems they are buying themselves time, as fraud departments will not touch them until their set delivery times have expired and they know this!

Great customer service! The team was quick, helpful, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I really felt valued as a customer, highly recommend!

I ordered 2 turtleneck pullovers. One red, one blue. Large size.
I received 1 maroon turtleneck pullover small size and 1 polo neck pullover small size.
Contrary to their site information which states a “simple and transparent return, refund and exchange.I discover they are a Chinese company who require goods to be returned to China and refuse a refund.
They are in direct contravention of the Consumer Rights Act 2015,and the Consumer Contracts Regulatios 2013.
They diguise the fact you are dealing with a Chinese company with all the risks that entails.Do not under any circumstances deal with this organisation.

I would recommend anyone to just confirm that the sizing is correct for their measurements, and if it’s too late you may be able to get a free exchange.
For the inconvenience they let me keep the other item for free!
