This a scam. I ordered a grey steering wheel cover as advertised on the website. I received a black cheap cover that was not what I ordered and that was not even on the website. I emailed them to send the correct one and take this one back. They did nothing. I had to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I recently ordered a custom steering wheel cover from Delicate Leather, and while my initial order arrived without the requested logo customisation, what happened next completely blew me away.

As soon as I received the product, I contacted their support team with photos and a copy of my order. Despite being based in Australia and them in the USA, the response was almost immediate. No back-and-forth, no excuses, just outstanding customer service. They acknowledged the issue straight away and are sending the correct customised cover without question.

I purchase a lot of products online, both locally and internationally, and I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced this level of customer care and resolution. Many businesses could take a serious lesson from Delicate Leather when it comes to customer satisfaction.

On top of that, the quality of the steering wheel cover itself is absolutely beautiful, premium, well-crafted, and clearly made with care.

This experience has completely won me over. I will definitely be purchasing from Delicate Leather again and recommending them to others without hesitation.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Placed an order for a car seat and back rest. Received an email 5 days later giving a production and shipping timeline. The following day, received another email stating that the item I ordered was out-of-stock and offered two alternatives I could chose from and they would give me a $10 refund if I chose one (bait & switch). Only problem was that according to their website the alternatives were $50 dollars cheaper than what I had ordered and weren't even made of leather. Of course I responded to their email and turned down their offer and indicated I wanted my money back. I received an automated response from "Jessica" indicating someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. I received an email indicating that the order was canceled and they would refund my money. A few days later I received another email indicating that the order was canceled, but no refund had been processed yet. It indicated it would take 2-4 days. It's amazing that when I placed the order it only took them a matter of moments to debit my account. Finally received a refund, however they held on to my money for over 2 weeks. Would not recommend ordering from this company....

I just got a brand new Mazda CX 90 with white Napa leather interior. The steering wheel is black and I wanted to add a cover to it to give it a little bit of color to match the seats. Even though Mazda says the seats are Napa White, they aren’t really white. They’re sort of a very light beige. So I ordered the Ultra-Thin Nappa Leather Steering Wheel Cover – Breathable Non-Slip Protector in Apricot White from Delicate Leather. On my monitor that seemed to be the best color match for my Mazda seats. Once it arrived, I realized it was too dark- definitely more of a light tan compared to a light beige/off-white. The steering wheel cover itself is sturdy yet thin with a nice perforated leather material. I didn’t want anything too bulky and I wanted it to look custom. This steering wheel cover fits the bill. But what I am most impressed about is Delicate Leather’s customer service. I contacted them about the color not matching and wanting to exchange for a different color. In less than 24 hours they responded with an offer to send out a new steering wheel cover in the proper color (I chose ivory white). I could keep the original cover as long as I wrote a review. Win-win situation! I admire a company that values their customer’s time and energy. Good customer service is a lost art today. Delicate Leather has earned my trust. They will be my go-to in the future.

I ordered a booster seat for my car to help me see better when driving. I expected a leather covered booster seat. I fear the thin fabric covering will not be durable. After the seat decompressed from its packaging, it increased in height. I have since used it and it is comfortable.

I got my order earlier than anticipated, When it arrived I noticed the quality and the good looks. I got the red stitched steering wheel cover, stitches are quality and well done. Everyone said how difficult installation would be.Well I found it easy if you go from the bottom to the top. It's easy to stretch the material from the bottom and pulling and adjusting as you go.

It's a beautiful leather. It didn't want to stick to the inner side of our sofa cushions so we used contact adhesive to apply it. It has worked like a dream.

I ordered this car trunk carrier for my Subaru Cross Trek. I will say that this double what I paid for my previous trunk carrier. Hence the 4 star rating. With that said, this trunk carrier was specifically made for my Subaru CXT. I love that there are many mesh side pockets on the outside of the trunk carrier. Additional large pocket inside and spacers included if you want to make separate compartments within the trunk carrier.

My husband and I had just purchased a new 2026 vehicle. We ordered a universal car seat cushion with lumbar support, ergonomic leather driver's seat pad with integrated back support. Due to an error by the dealership we had to return it in exchange for another. The interiors were different in color and the seat pad no longer matched. Delicate Leather came to our rescue and is sending us a new pad that will now match. I cannot speak more highly of this company.
