SCAM ALERT: FRAUDULENT ADDRESS
Please stop purchasing from this website immediately. This business is using my private home address as their "office location" without permission. It is a complete scam.
We have been bombarded with returned items and legal notices intended for this company. We have already notified law enforcement and legal counsel that this is a fraudulent address. Do not send any mail or returns to the Brooklyn address listed on their site. Please be aware and protect your money!

Scammed on a JAWS Monopoly game for $60.00 (game and shipping costs). Just BS emails from the company.
No product after 4 months.

This company should be closed down for good and investigated for scamming innocent online shoppers!!!

Received the wrong item try to return the item. Emailed the company three times about returning it, and never heard from them. Stay away from this company they are not legit and they just take your money. Stay away and find another company to do business with. Stay away!

Ordered 4 whiskey bottles. Received only 1 bottle which, by the way, was an incredibly cheap piece of junk from China. Customer service does not answer phone. Have not received response by email. Had to dispute with my credit card company.

Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from this place. Products are extremely low quality and look nothing like the pictures. It’s clearly a scam where they are marking up products (if you can even call them that) significantly compared to the cost to make. Atrocious customer service, and they will not return your money even if it has taken a good couple of months to get the right product. I’m still “waiting” for a 2025 Manchester United advent calendar that was ordered mid Dec, received late Dec although it was a Penrith Panthers cheap ridiculous advent calendar. They will not issue a refund and the correct calendar (which is no longer usable or relevant) has yet to arrive. These people are scammers and do not have legit products.

If I could give negative, I would. This is a total scam and they will take your money, send you the wrong product and do nothing about it. I am lucky, I am only out $66

Do not do business with 9ninecloth. I ordered about $300 worth of merchandise and paid to have delivery expedited. After 3 months of waiting to receive and frequently being told it was coming but will be late, I cancelled the purchase and was told I would receive my money back in 3-5 days. After a month, no reimbursement.

Warning: The address on their website is just a random house. Do not ship anything there! If you send a return to that address, it will likely be lost forever.

Total scam, paid extra for express delivery, waited over a month. Got absolute garbage delivered, cheap made trash. Never again!

I had ordered the Astros advent calendar the 1st of November. I paid for express shipping to receive way before December 1st. I reached out after December to check on status and they said let me check shipping status. It was sent just then and didn’t arrive until December 30th. What I received was a complete joke, nothing as advertised. You couldn’t open the doors, the pieces for each day was literally all on the bottom, seemed it was just thrown in like a little “tackle box plastic container.” The pieces that were advertised was very cheap and wasn’t as advertised either. They say satisfaction guarantee or money back, I’ve reached out numerous times and get no response. I paid a lot of money for something that thought would be a great keepsake memoir for my son and it was an humiliation. Also, the number provided is not a working number as no one EVER answers. To get questions answers it sends you to WhatsApp which is also a complete joke.
Please whatever you do do NOT order from here. It’s a scam

I ordered a Las Vegas Raiders 65th Anniversary whiskey glass packaged in a very nice matching box. I was skeptical after not receiving tracking info for several days. I messaged them 3 times to cancel the order, which they ignored. What I received was a cheap glass with a random childs picture packaged in styrofoam. They have ignored my requests for a refund of $48.58. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Actually it is a ZERO. I ordered two decanters requesting and paying for quick shipping. I have tried contacting by email and have not received a response. I learned my lesson check out company before buying. DONT ever buy from this company

I never received the product I ordered. This company is a scam and fraud!! Hopefully people will read this before they order anything from these scammers!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Only reason this place is getting 1 star is because it won’t let me leave 0 star review. This Place is a SCAM and no one should attempt to buy anything because that’s all you will do is ‘attempt’. They will get your money but nothing will arrive and good luck trying to contact anyone because that’s will also not happen.
